中文摘要:本论文通过对质量管理和QC小组的理论研究,结合E公司前两年的运行现状,分析出E公司在QC小组运行过程中,存在三个方面的问题,这些问题将严重影响E公司的质量管理目标实现及未来发展,故本论文对存在的问题研究出一系列的解决方案。一是工具方法使用不当的问题,主要从理论知识培训和实操辅导两个方面解决;二是总体改善效益不高的问题,主要从创新E公司数据收集统计分析模型、创新有E公司特色的效益核算模型(分步拆解计算法)、建立管理型项目效益认定的新规则;三是激励政策不完善的问题,采取辅导员制度、奖励名额和金额规范化、推荐参加政府组织的质量活动、与年度评优相关联、项目经济收益与组员共享。 研究结论和成果:坚持有效的开展QC小组活动,能促进E公司全面质量管理的进程和成效,而解决好上述三个QC小组运行存在的问题,是QC小组坚持有效开展的必要条件,解决方案能持续有效的实施,又取决于QC小组运行制度、质量管理体系、质量改进氛围。 通过对E公司的QC小组运行研究,最终为E公司建立一套相对完整的实施和保障体系,同时也为今后全集团的QC小组活动管理,提供引入与决策依据。  
英文摘要:This paper analyzed three problems existing in the operation process of E company's QC group, basing on the theoretical research of quality management and QC group, meanwhile combining with the operation status of E company in the past two years. These problems will seriously affect the company to realize quality management objectives and develop in future. Therefore, this paper researches a series of ways to solve these problems. The first problem is that the improper use of tools and methods, and the solution is theoretical knowledge training and practical guidance. The second problem is that the low overall improvement efficiency, and the solution is innovating data model of collection、statistic analysis, innovating the characteristic benefits of accounting (step-by-step disassembly calculation method), establishing new rules for management projects. The third problem is that the incomplete incentive policy, and the solution is adopting the counselor system, standardizing the award quota and amount, recommending to attend the quality activities organized by the government, sharing the annual evaluation and economic benefits of the project with the team members. The conclusion and result of the research is adhering to effective QC group activities, which can promote the process and effectiveness of total quality management in Company E. Solving the three problems that existing in QC groups is a necessary condition for the effective implementation of QC group. The sustainable and effective implementation of the solutions depends on the the operation system, quality management system and quality improvement atmosphere. A relatively complete system of implementation and guarantee is finally established for E company through the research on the operation of QC group. At the same time, it also provides the basis for the introduction and decision-making for activities management of QC group in the whole group company.
