中文摘要: 近年来随着我国能源结构调整的不断深入,在未来我国能源供给结构上将以分布式为主,集中式为辅,可再生能源优先发展,形成清洁、低碳的多品类能源供应。基于这一发展趋势,A能源集团于2008年确定了“从单一的天然气分销企业向综合能源服务商转型”的发展战略转型方向。为了更好的促进公司战略转型发展,本文为其构建了相应的战略转型和具体的战略实施措施。 论文首先通过文献调研,阐明开展本文研究的背景、意义以及国内外研究现状。同时,归纳国内外相关研究成果,为本文研究的开展奠定了理论基础。然后,通过对A能源集团的内部调查,获取当前其转型发展拥有的内部优势和劣势;利用PEST和波特五力模型,获取了拥有的外部机遇和威胁。接着,利用SWOT矩阵构建了其可选择的发展战略,并利用利用IEF和EFE矩阵评价法,获取其未来发展总体战略。最后详细规划了A能源集团战略转型实施的措施和步骤。 通过本文的研究可以看出,A能源集团在当前环境下,最为适合采取“增长型”战略,即继续拓展和精耕常规燃气业务、依托泛能业务打造新的业务增长点。基于这一战略方向,A能源集团的战略转型实施措施包括三个方面:做好行业研判,适时投资上游和中游业务;继续拓展和精耕城市燃气业务;挖潜增效,打造新的业务增长点。为了更好的促进公司战略转型的有效开展,本文从增强服务质量、强化公司管理水平、保障公司财务稳健等方面提出了相应的保障措施。 
英文摘要: In recent years, with the deepening adjustment of China's energy structure, in the future, China's energy supply structure will be mainly distributed, supplemented by centralized, renewable energy priority development, forming a clean, low-carbon multi-category energy supply. Based on this trend, Company A decided on the strategic transformation direction of "transforming from a single natural gas distribution enterprise to a comprehensive energy service provider" in 2008. In order to better promote the strategic transformation and development of the company, this thesis puts forward the corresponding opinions and measures for the landing of its development strategic measures. Based on the theory of strategic management of management, this paper combines qualitative analysis with case analysis, grasps the characteristics of energy industry development, and puts forward a more perfect and effective development strategy combining with the current situation and existing problems of Company A. It has rich practical guiding significance. At the same time, focusing on integrating theory with practice, not limited to the study of strategic management theory, but on the basis of a full understanding of strategic management theory, detailed design of development strategy implementation measures, safeguard mechanisms, etc., makes the conclusions of this thesis more convincing. Based on the SWOT analysis results of A company, this paper establishes the corresponding development strategy framework for A company from three levels: overall strategy, career strategy and functional strategy. (1) In terms of overall strategy, this paper uses IEF and EFE matrix evaluation method to obtain that the overall strategy for future development of Company A is suitable for adopting the "growth-oriented" strategy, based on its development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. (2) On the career level, the strategy of this paper is to continue to expand and refine the conventional gas business and build a new business growth point relying on the Pan-Energy business. (3) In terms of the functional level strategy, the strategy constructed in this paper is: reconstructing the management concept of "originating from customers", further deepening the construction of human resources, matching business development and adjusting the organizational management and control mode.
