中文摘要：	随着经济的发展和社会的进步，人们的物质生活水平不断提高，越来越多的人开始有了更深层次的精神文明方面的需求。为了满足人们的精神文明需求，很多人选择投身到公益事业中去。公共图书馆作为公益性文化服务机构，为广大群众提供了参与公共事业的机会，越来越多的志愿者开始参与到公共图书馆的服务中去，对志愿者来说，参与图书馆的志愿服务工作能够丰富自己的精神生活，对图书馆来说，志愿者的加入能够缓解公共图书馆因经费和编制的限制而导致的人力资源短缺的问题。 公共图书馆志愿者服务的开展对我国志愿者服务和图书馆事业的发展起到了很好的推动作用，但是由于我国图书馆界引入志愿者服务较晚，图书馆在志愿者管理方面还存在着很多问题，因此，规范志愿者的管理流程以及建立志愿者保障机制等方面的问题还需要进一步探讨和研究。 通过对国内外图书馆志愿者管理相关的研究进行分析，参考国内外图书馆志愿者相关的研究经验，对公共图书馆志愿者管理的方法进行分析，归纳出公共图书馆志愿者管理的一般性流程。本文选取30家公共图书馆作为研究对象，通过文本分析的方法，对30家公共图书馆志愿者管理相关的内容进行整理和分析，从招募、培训、评估、激励等方面分析志愿者管理的现状，依据前文中归纳出的公共图书馆志愿者管理的一般性流程，并以此作为标准，逐一进行对照分析，总结出当今公共图书馆在志愿者管理过程中存在的问题。 分析后发现，我国公共图书馆在志愿者管理过程中存在志愿者管理制度建设不完善、招募流程不规范、培训方式单一、评估方式不科学、激励制度不完善、志愿者网站建设不完善等问题。针对以上问题，结合我国国情及公共图书馆志愿者管理现状，归纳出适合我国公共图书馆志愿者管理的对策。
英文摘要：	With the development of economy and the progress of society, the material standard of people’s life has been continuously improved, and more and more people begin to have the demand of deeper spiritual civilization. In order to meet people's spiritual civilization needs, many people choose to devote themselves to public welfare undertakings. The public library serves as the public welfare cultural service organization, It provides the masses with the opportunity to participate in public undertakings. And now, more and more volunteers began to participate in the services of the public libraries. For volunteers, Volunteering in a library can enrich one's spiritual life. For the public libraries , the shortage of staff and funds in public libraries can be alleviated. The development of public library volunteer service is helpful to the development of volunteer cause and library cause in China. However, the volunteer activities of China's library started very late. There are still many problems in volunteer management in the library. Therefore, it is necessary to further standardize the management process of volunteers and establish a volunteer guarantee mechanism. The study analyzed the related research of the domestic and foreign library volunteer management， Refer to relevant research experience of library volunteers at home and abroad，This paper analyzed the methods of volunteer management in public library，and summarized the general process of public library volunteer management. Then selected 30 public libraries as research objects，and analyzed the status quo of volunteer management from the aspects of recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation. Then summarized the problems existing in the process of volunteer management in public libraries. After the above analysis, it is found that there are some problems in the volunteer management of public libraries in China, such as imperfect volunteer management system construction, irregular recruitment process, single training method, unscientific evaluation method, imperfect incentive system and imperfect volunteer website construction. Combined with China's national conditions and public library volunteer management status, and summed up the countermeasures suitable for the management of volunteers in public libraries in China. It is hoped to provide reference for the standardization of volunteer management construction in public libraries.
