中文摘要：	随着经济社会的不断发展，创业活动已经慢慢成为促进经济增长，推动经济发展的重要驱动力，所以顺应发展趋势，创业型企业越来越多，这对于社会发展整体而言都是能够起到推动作用的重要因素。随着创业发展的推动，创业企业也层出不穷，对于经济增长的促进作用也是非常明显的，但是面对激烈的市场环境创业型企业很难长久的生存和发展，这也是由于创业型企业自身的内部治理结构中存在较强的特殊性。企业内部治理结构的合理性是增强企业实力，提高企业竞争优势的重要因素，也是实现内部控制目标的必要条件，具有重要的研究价值。在市场竞争不断发展变化的过程中，创业型企业公司的内部环境是否形成规模化对企业的长远发展而言是十分重要的，企业内部的治理结构是企业发展过程中的基础性要素。 本文以前海CX影业（北京）有限公司为例（以下简称：前海CX影业），对企业内部现有的结构和特点进行深入的调查研究，通过对企业的规模、发展情况以及企业现阶段治理结构的情况进行研究，找出企业现阶段在内部治理结构上存在的问题以及解决的办法。通过这样的方式可以总结出创业型企业内部治理结构中存在的特点，能够为我国其他创业型企业相关方面提供一定的借鉴和指导，这对推动创业企业的内部治理结构体系化建设具有重要的现实意义。
英文摘要：	With the development of economy and society, entrepreneurial activity has gradually become an important driving force to promote economic growth and promote economic development. This is an important factor that can promote social development as a whole. With the promotion of entrepreneurial development, entrepreneurial enterprises are emerging in endlessly, and the role of promoting economic growth is also very obvious. However, in the face of fierce market environment, entrepreneurial enterprises are difficult to survive and develop for a long time. This is also due to the entrepreneurial enterprises own internal governance structure has strong particularity. The rationality of the internal governance structure of an enterprise is Enhancing the strength of enterprises and enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises are also the necessary conditions to achieve the goal of internal control, which has important research value. In the process of continuous development and change of market competition, it is very important for the long-term development of enterprises whether the internal environment of innovative enterprises is formed or not, and the internal governance structure of enterprises is the basic element in the process of enterprise development. In this paper, the author studies the existing structure and characteristics of the enterprise(Here in after referred to as Qianhai CX Pictures), and studies the scale, the development of the enterprise and the current governance of the enterprise. To find out the existing problems and solutions to the internal governance structure of the enterprise. Through such a way, it can be concluded that the characteristics of the internal governance structure of the entrepreneurial enterprise can provide some reference and guidance for other business-related enterprises in our country, which is of great practical significance to the construction of the internal governance structure of the enterprise.
