中文摘要:随着改革开放的深入,全球一体化格局的产生,中国的经济企业得到迅速的发展,购物中心、零售等各种业态纷纷进入中国,在本土和外资的零售业态之间开始了各种激烈的竞争。所以在零售业中员工的才能、本质和工作态势就显示尤为重要。因此建立且力所能及的激励零售企业人员的工作积极性和责任感,有助于企业落实、规划目标绩效管理体系从而适应经济的发展。想要在零售行业的竞争中突出并占有一席之地,那么在管理方法上构建与企业相适应的高绩效的工作系统是至关重要的。 TH零售公司目前是天津规模较大的零售企业,同商业地产是一种并行的经营模式。本文将通过对TH零售公司人力资源绩效管理现状及对策研究。对T股份公司天津分公司的绩效管理现状进行深入的分析,将其中的不足和留存的问题提出了针对性的处理方案,以绩效管理体系设计的相关理论知识为依据对零售业的绩效管理系统进行优化,为我国零售业公司企业人力资源绩效管理系统的设立与改进提供了有益的参考。 本文首先以在零售行业及绩效管理研究学说成果的基础上,详细的阐述了我国零售企业的绩效管理现状及对策,并基于此理论对TH零售公司绩效管理现状进行深入的分析研究。结合内外部环境分析,找出了TH零售公司绩效考核管理的问题与弊端。最后基于上述论证,针对TH零售公司的绩效管理体系提出了修改对策及建议,其结果对TH零售公司的未来成长具有现实的指导意义。  
英文摘要:With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the emergence of the global integration pattern, Chinese economic enterprises have developed rapidly. Shopping malls, retail and other forms of business have entered China one after another, starting a variety of fierce competition between local and foreign retail formats. Therefore, in the retail industry, the talent, nature and work situation of employees are particularly important. Therefore, it is helpful for enterprises to implement and plan the target performance management system so as to adapt to the economic development to establish and incentive the enthusiasm and responsibility of the staff of retail enterprises. In order to stand out and occupy a place in the competition of retail industry, it is very important to build a high-performance work system suitable for enterprises in management methods. TH retail company is a large-scale retail enterprise in Tianjin at present, Commercial real estate is a parallel business model. This paper will study the current situation and Countermeasures of human resource performance management of TH retail company. This paper makes a thorough analysis of the present situation of performance management in Tianjin Branch of T-share Company, puts forward a pertinent solution to the shortcomings and remaining problems, optimizes the performance management system of retail industry based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management system design, and provides a useful reference for the establishment and improvement of human resource performance management system of retail enterprises in China. Firstly, based on the research results of retail industry and performance management theory, this paper elaborates on the current situation and Countermeasures of performance management of retail enterprises in China, and based on this theory, carries out in-depth analysis and Research on the current situation of TH retail company performance management.
