中文摘要：	生物医药产业是我国战略性新兴产业，是我国的主导产业之一。同时，生物医药与人们健康关系紧密，是政府重视、社会关注的重点产业，在经济社会中具有重要的地位。我国资本市场一直发展较快，资本市场对产业经济发展的影响也愈加显著，资本市场不会缺席任何一个产业的发展，在生物医药产业的发展中扮演着重要角色。美国生物医药产业的发展取得巨大成功，是各国生物医药产业发展的楷模。在美国生物医药产业发展过程中，资本市场起了很大的助推作用。本文借鉴美国产业升级的经验，主要研究资本市场中风险投资对河北省生物医药产业发展的支持作用。 文章以河北国创投资公司投资森朗医药为案例进行分析，首先论述了风险投资的内涵及特点、产业升级的内涵、内容，详细论述美国产业升级的特点，并总结了产业升级的四个方面的驱动因素，同时论述风险投资对产业升级的促进作用。随后研究河北国创投资公司投资森朗医药投资对森朗医药的升级作用及面临的风险，最终结合风险因素提出完善风险投资对河北医药产业升级的对策建议。 研究发现，促进产业升级的驱动因素主要有技术创新、人力资本、产业政策和金融支持。风险投资作为金融支持的一个重要方面，在促进产业升级方面有巨大的作用，主要表现在对资金的引导、对人才的引导、对技术的引导。通过分析河北国创投资公司投资森朗医药投资认为通过国创的引导作用，引进人才，并在技术创新方面取得巨大的进步。同时风险投资在投资医药产业过程中也存在一些制约因素，比如缺乏多元化的融资渠道、产业发展环境不够优、 缺乏成熟运作的中介机构、生物医药行业运作管理相对滞后等，针对这些问题提出扩展融资渠道，补充风险投资资本量、加速风险投资法律法规的建设、完善风险投资业的中介机构、用经济杠杆促进技术扩散、重视专业性人才的培养以及创新人才的培养。 关键词：生物医药；河北医药；风险投资；资本市场；河北国创投资
英文摘要：	Biomedical industry is a strategic emerging industry in China and one of the leading industries in China. At the same time, biomedicine is closely related to people's health. It is a key industry that the government attaches importance to and the society pays attention to. It has an important position in the economic society. China's capital market has been developing rapidly, and the impact of capital market on industrial economic development has become more and more significant. Capital market will not miss the development of any industry, and plays an important role in the development of biomedical industry. The development of biomedical industry in the United States has achieved great success and is a model for the development of biomedical industry in various countries. Capital market has played a great role in promoting the development of biomedical industry in the United States. Based on the experience of industrial upgrading in the United States, this paper mainly studies the role of venture capital in the capital market in supporting the development of biomedical industry in Hebei Province. Taking the investment of Hebei Guochuang Investment Company in Sentai Pharmaceutical Industry as an example, this paper firstly discusses the connotation and characteristics of venture capital, the connotation and content of industrial upgrading, expounds the characteristics of industrial upgrading in the United States in detail, and summarizes the four driving factors of industrial upgrading, and discusses the role of venture capital in promoting industrial upgrading. Subsequently, it studies the role and risks of investment in Sentai Pharmaceutical Industry by Hebei Guochuang Investment Company. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the upgrading of Hebei Pharmaceutical Industry by combining risk factors. The study finds that the main driving factors for industrial upgrading are technological innovation, human capital, industrial policy and financial support. As an important aspect of financial support, venture capital plays an important role in promoting industrial upgrading, mainly in the guidance of capital, talent and technology. By analyzing the investment of Hebei Guochuang Investment Company in Sentai Pharmaceutical Industry, it is believed that through the guiding role of Guochuang, talents can be introduced, and great progress has been made in technological innovation. At the same time, there are also some restrictive factors in the process of venture capital investment in the pharmaceutical industry, such as lack of diversified financing channels, inadequate industrial development environment, lack of mature intermediaries, and relatively backward operation and management of the biomedical industry. To solve these problems, we should expand financing channels, supplement venture capital capital, and accelerate the construction of venture capital laws and regulations. Perfecting intermediaries in venture capital industry, promoting technology diffusion with economic leverage, attaching importance to the training of professional talents and innovative talents.
