| 中文摘要: | 近年来,我国通信行业不断发展,信息传输手段不断升级,光纤光缆行业作为通信领域的细分行业也在信息的承载和传递过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。国家的“宽带中国”和加强通信基础设施建设等计划也在不断推进光纤光缆行业的发展,当前也正值通信行业迎来新的行业周期,5G技术的发展也给光纤光缆行业带来了新的发展上升期。我国光纤光缆行业经过多年的积累,行业技术不断提升,多家企业均已形成光纤预制棒-光纤-光缆的一体化产业链格局。但是目前国内产品同质化现象较严重,在高端产品上我国还与其他国家的先进技术存在一定的差距,如何在激烈的行业竞争中占据竞争优势是每一个企业都需要去考虑的问题。中天科技公司就是成立于1992年的光纤光缆行业中的一家公司,经过多年的发展,公司也已经打造了很多知名品牌,并在58个国家和地区设有办事处,产品服务全球近150个国家。 本文以中天科技公司为案例,以竞争战略理论作为理论基础,通过一系列分析方法对中天科技公司进行研究。首先,介绍了竞争战略的内涵和类型以及进行战略分析的几种模型工具。然后,对公司所处的内外部环境进行分析,其中外部环境分析包括宏观环境分析、行业环境分析和行业的竞争结构分析,并列举了行业内的两家可比公司进行分析,内部环境分析包括公司的内部资源分析和公司的核心能力分析。接着,利用SWOT分析工具对公司进行系统分析,明确了公司自身的优势和劣势以及面临的机会和威胁,结合公司的使命和战略目标为企业制定了适合其更好发展的差异化竞争战略。最后,为企业制定战略实施的具体方案和保障措施。 希望本文的相关研究对于中天科技公司的长期发展具有一定的指导意义,同时也为在激烈的行业竞争下寻求可持续发展的公司提供参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, China's communication industry has continued to develop, and information transmission methods have been continuously upgraded. As a segment of the communication industry, the fiber optic cable industry, is playing an increasingly important role in the process of information bearing and transmission. The country's "Broadband China" plan and plans to strengthen the construction of communication infrastructure are also advancing the development of the fiber optic cable industry. Currently, the communication industry is also in the new industry cycle. The development of 5G technology has also brought new developments to the fiber optic cable industry. After years of accumulation in the fiber optic cable industry in China, the industry technology has been continuously improved, and many enterprises have formed an integrated industrial chain pattern of optical fiber preform-fiber-optic cable. However, the current homogenization of domestic products is more serious. In high-end products, China still has a certain gap with the advanced technologies of other countries. How to occupy the competitive advantage in the fierce industry competition is a problem that every enterprise needs to consider. Zhongtian Technology Co.,Ltd.is a company established in the fiber optic cable industry in 1992. After years of development, the company has also built many well-known brands, and has offices in 58 countries and regions. Company's products serve nearly 150 countries worldwide. Taking Zhongtian Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example, this paper takes competition strategy theory as the theoretical basis and conducts research on Zhongtian Technology Company through a series of analysis methods. First, it introduces the connotation and types of competitive strategies and several model tools for strategic analysis. Then, it analyzes the internal and external environment of the company. External environment analysis includes macro environment analysis, industry environment analysis and industry competition structure analysis, and lists two comparable companies in the industry for analysis. Internal environmental analysis includes company internal resource analysis and company core competence analysis. Then, the SWOT analysis tool is used to conduct a systematic analysis of the company, and the company's own strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats it faces are clarified. In combination with the company's mission and strategic objectives, the differentiation competition strategy that suits its development is formulated. Finally, specific plans and safeguards for the implementation of the strategy are formulated. It is hoped that the relevant research in this paper will have certain guiding significance for the long-term development of Zhongtian Technology Co.,Ltd.and also provide reference for companies seeking sustainable development under the fierce industry competition. | |
