| 中文摘要： | 天津作为重要的港口城市，是我国北方运输业的枢纽。作为港口城市衍生物，物流行业几经变革，在新的历史环境中，新的政治经济文化背景中，一带一路政策，贸易全球化等等，这是前所未有的时代与平台，物流如何发展至关重要。天津作为最早开发的港口之一，其物流行业具有极强的地域特色。与此同时近年来，国家大力支持自主创业，在2018年度政府工作报告中明确指出，“促进大众创业、万众创新上水平”“要提供全方位创新创业服务，推进‘双创’示范基地建设，鼓励大企业、高校和科研院所等开放创新资源，发展平台经济、共享经济，形成线上线下结合、产学研用协同、大中小企业融合的创新创业格局，打造“双创”升级版。”依托上述时代背景，本文旨在通过观察研究一家民营物流企业通过运用战略管理方法，指导企业经营，使企业可以在重大机遇，与复杂的竞争环境中脱颖而出，稳步持续发展。 本文通过应用战略理论，运用PEST环境分析、波特的五力模型进行产业环境分析以及SWOT分析，基于G物流公司的实际经营状况制定行之有效的战略方针。企业通过实施战略计划，以及信息系统应用达到预期经营目标。同时研究战略转型对中小型物流企业的发展影响，为中小型物流企业发展提供具有价值的参考资料。 | |
| 英文摘要： | As an important port city, tianjin is the hub of transportation industry in north China. As a derivative of port city, logistics industry has undergone several changes. In the new historical environment, the new political, economic and cultural environment, One Belt And One Road policy and trade globalization are unprecedented big platforms. How logistics develops is crucial. As one of the earliest developed ports, tianjin's logistics industry has strong regional characteristics. At the same time, in recent years, countries support their own businesses, in 2018 year's government work report clearly pointed out that "promote entrepreneurship, peoples innovation level," "innovative undertaking to provide comprehensive service, promote the" double gen "demonstration base construction, encourage large enterprises, universities and research institutes, such as open innovation resources, development of economy, Shared platform, online in combination with synergy, medium enterprise integration innovation, production, business pattern, makes the" double gen "upgrade." Based on the background of the above times, this paper aims to formulate a development strategy for a logistics enterprise that has just started through research, so that it can stand out in the major opportunities and numerous competitors and develop steadily and continuously. This paper applies the strategic theory, USES PEST environment analysis, porter's five forces model to analyze the industrial environment and SWOT analysis, and makes effective strategic guidelines based on the actual operating situation of G logistics company. Enterprises through the implementation of strategic planning, as well as the application of information systems to achieve the expected business objectives. At the same time, it studies the influence of strategic transformation on the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. | |
