中文摘要: 本论文取材于作者在M公司生命科学事业部担任大中华区培训经理四年当中的经验总结和对未来企业培训模式的设想。所以,本论文将从研究方向、分析现状、相关策略及未来设想四个方面进行。 首先,针对目前大型生命科学领域在华公司的培训现状和不足,对比M公司自身培训的问题,确定了本论文的研究方向、思路和方法;其次,通过查阅和分析文献,阐述了培训及企业培训的定义,为论文后续对企业员工能力素质模型培训体系的构建讨论奠定理论基础,再结合生命科学行业中M公司的主要竞争对手和合作伙伴的培训体系构建案例信息和数据的总结,以及M公司中国现行的培训体系模型进行深度剖析,揭示企业员工培训存在的问题;再次,根据分析结果显示的M公司企业员工培训体系所存在的问题和局限性,阐述企业建立一体化的能力素质模型企业培训平台的必要性,并从培训的课程体系设计培训方法设计、培训实施与运营设计阐明了如何进行基于能力素质模型的员工共培训体系的构建;同时从调研管理、培训是管理、课程管理、流程管理和培训效果评估等维度制度的制定说明培训的管理流程,确保该培训体系正常运行;最后,针对能力素质模型培训体系进行评估的数据统计及分析,提出进一步优化的建议和设想。  
英文摘要: This thesis is based on writer’s training experience in the life sciences division of M Company as a training manager in Great China for more than four years, includes the vision of the future enterprise training model. Therefore, this thesis will be focus on four aspects to expand the thesis: confirm the research direction, analysis of the current local enterprise situation, related strategies and future scenarios. Firstly, according to the present situation and deficiency of the training of large life science companies in China, compared with the problem of M company's own training system currently, to define the research direction, ideas and methods of this thesis. Secondly, through the review and analysis of literature, the definition of training and enterprise training is expounded, the Thesis lays a theoretical foundation for the discussion on the construction of the training system of enterprise staff competency model, and then combines the training system of M company's main competitors and partners in the life science industry to construct case information and data summary, as well as the in-depth analysis of M Company's current training system model in China. Thirdly, according to the problems and limitations of M company employee training system shown in the analysis results, this thesis expounds the necessity of establishing the enterprise training platform of the integrated ability quality model. This Thesis expounds how to construct the staff co-training system based on competency quality model, and from the training management process to ensure the normal operation of the training system; Finally, According to the data statistics and analysis of the evaluation of the training system of competency quality model, the suggestions and ideas for further optimization are put forward.
