中文摘要: 在当下知识经济发展中,人力资源已经成为现代企业在竞争市场中获得更高优势的重中之重,而且招聘是公司在获取优秀人力资源过程中的重要途径。企业进行招聘过程中,传统的招聘体系都是以工作内容为基础,例如,企业会对应聘者的毕业院校以及工作技能和知识水平等方面进行关注,经常忽略应聘者的工作效率,以及个人价值观和工作动机等与岗位匹配程度较深的因素考察。另外对于企业来说,招聘是企业人力资源管理工作中的重要工作环节,因此,从某种角度分析,招聘是企业进行血液补充以及获取优秀员工的重要通道,同时更是企业实现自身长久发展战略的关键。故而,企业如何在当下激烈的人才竞争中,抢占先机,已经成为人力资源管理相关工作人员所需要解决的重要问题。 但是就现在我国国内企业进行人才招聘过程中,企业经常出现不同问题。招聘体系不全面、招聘流程不完整,以及缺少对应聘者的合理量化标准,经常导致企业在进行人员招聘,尤其是进行专业技术人员招聘时出现与企业实际需求不匹配,人才流失等现象。 本文通过对天津市SX净化工程有限公司(以下简称SX工程公司)专业技术人员招聘体系进行分析,找出招聘体系存在的问题,通过对该企业历年专业技术人员招聘运行进行探究,以此有针对性地对该企业的专业技术人员人才甄选方案进行设计和完善,进而构建应聘者价值观工作动向、个人需求以及个人与岗位匹配程度等因素为基础的胜任特征的专业技术人员招聘胜任力模型。与此同时,笔者在进行研究中,以该企业人力资源实际情况为基础,提出了保障企业专业技术人员选聘及留人用人的针对性策略,对同行业企业在招聘及甄选方面有借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:In the current development of knowledge economy, human resources have become the most important for modern enterprises to obtain higher advantages in the competitive market, and recruitment is an important way for companies to obtain excellent human resources. In the recruitment process, the traditional photo system is based on the content of the job. For example, the company pays close attention to the graduate school, job skills and knowledge level of the applicant, and often neglects the efficiency of the applicant. However, in the recruitment process of domestic enterprises, enterprises often have different problems. Therefore, through the analysis of the SX Cleanroom engineering enterprise R & D personnel recruitment system,Find out the problems in the recruitment system, through the exploration of the past years of the enterprise scientific research personnel recruitment operation, in order to design and improve the enterprise scientific research personnel selection scheme. And then build the candidate's values, work trends, personal needs, and individuals. Competency model for professional and technical personnel recruitment based on factors such as job matching. At the same time, based on the actual situation of the enterprise's human resources, the author puts forward the targeted strategies to ensure the recruitment and retention of professional and technical personnel in the enterprise, which can be used in the recruitment and selection of enterprises for the industry.
