中文摘要:本文以郝庄工贸集团为研究对象,通过开展战略分析、战略选择以及战略实施,构建郝庄集团的发展战略,最终提出发展战略的相关实施举措。首先,基于国家“互联网+”的政策背景以及商圈生态的发展趋势,本文明晰了郝庄集团的所面临的消费升级、技术进步以及市场挑战,从而阐述其战略转型的紧迫性。通过本文研究,一方面为郝庄集团的战略转型提供理论支持;另一方面完善了企业战略变革以及商圈生态演进的相关理论框架。 基于战略管理相关的理论模型,结合文献分析方法与案例分析方法,本文首先对郝庄工贸集团的外部环境与内部环境进行分析,明晰郝庄工贸集团的战略现状;结合所在行业发展趋势分析,明晰郝庄工贸集团所面临的行业发展态势。其次,依据内外部环境分析结果,本文开展SWOT分析,在战略分析与战略选择之间构建理论桥梁,在明晰集团所面临的优势、劣势、机会与威胁的基础上,确定郝庄工贸集团未来的战略目标与战略选择方向。最后,我们从企业现有资源基础出发,对郝庄工贸集团的战略选择以及战略制定进行了阐述,明晰商圈未来应构建消费购物业态、美食餐饮业态、生活服务业态、休闲娱乐业态、物流服务业态以及商业服务业态六大板块相互嵌入与融合的价值网络,并针对不同板块制定了初步的战略实施方案。 基于战略分析、战略选择和战略制定,本文提出了战略实施相关的保障措施,从集团法人治理结构的完整性和有效性、团队意识的塑造、高管及员工激励制度、市场营销支持等方面入手,构建完善的保障措施,促进公司战略的实施。 最终本文总结了上述研究内容,提出郝庄集团转型的具体战略及其实施路径,为企业的发展提供政策建议。同时,本文也存在一定研究局限,将在后续研究中进行不断完善并拓展新的研究方向。 关键词:服装行业;商圈生态;发展战略;价值网络  
英文摘要:Taking Haozhuang Industry and Trade Group as the research object, this paper constructs the development strategy of Haozhuang Group through strategic analysis, strategic selection and strategic implementation, and finally proposes relevant implementation measures for development strategy. First of all, based on the national “Internet +” policy background and the development trend of the business circle ecology, this civilization clarifies the consumption upgrade, technological progress and market challenges faced by Haozhuang Group, thus expounding the urgency of its strategic transformation. Through the research of this paper, on the one hand, it provides theoretical support for the strategic transformation of Haozhuang Group; on the other hand, it improves the relevant theoretical framework of corporate strategic change and ecological evolution of the commercial circle. Based on the theoretical model related to strategic management, combined with literature analysis methods and case analysis methods, this paper first analyzes the external environment and internal environment of Haozhuang Industry and Trade Group, and clarifies the strategic status of Haozhuang Industry and Trade Group; To clarify the development trend of the industry faced by Haozhuang Industry and Trade Group. Secondly, based on the internal and external environmental analysis results, this paper carries out SWOT analysis, builds a theoretical bridge between strategic analysis and strategic choice, and determines the future of Haozhuang Industry and Trade Group on the basis of clarifying the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the Group. Strategic goals and strategic choices. Finally, starting from the existing resource base of the enterprise, we expounded the strategic choice and strategy formulation of Haozhuang Industry and Trade Group, and clarified that the business circle should be constructed in the future, such as consumer shopping, food and beverage business, lifestyle service, leisure and entertainment, logistics. The service format and the six major sectors of the business service format embed and integrate the value network, and formulated preliminary strategic implementation plans for different sectors. Based on strategic analysis, strategic choice and strategy formulation, this paper proposes the safeguard measures related to strategy implementation, starting from the integrity and effectiveness of the corporate governance structure, the shaping of team awareness, executives and employee incentive systems, and marketing support. Establish sound safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the company's strategy. In the end, the paper summarizes the above research contents, and puts forward the specific strategy and implementation path of Haozhuang Group's transformation, and provides policy recommendations for the development of the company. At the same time, this paper also has certain research limitations, and will continue to improve and expand new research directions in the follow-up research.
