中文摘要：	近几年，随着高科技智能控制系统在写字楼的应用，楼宇、消防、安保的自动化的逐步提高，形成了“5A”。即智能化5A,包含OA（办公智能化）、BA（楼宇智能化）、CA（通讯自动化系统）、FA（消防自动化系统）、SA（安保自动化系统）。目前，5A级写字楼智能化是一项受到各界关注的重点问题。在智能化施工过程当中,施工阶段质量控制是工程项目全过程质量控制的核心。在建筑施工过程中，每一道工序、每一个部位都有可能出现问题，也会给项目的整体质量带来不好的影响，甚至是严重的后果。本文首先主要从研究的背景、目的、方法、论文内容框架简要的概述5A级写字楼建设项目施工质量控制。其次从建设工程质量管理的意义内容来简述，譬如施工质量的好坏，关系到企业在社会上的信誉及是否能够生存下去，是建筑企业继续生存和发展的有力保障；项目质量的优劣影响着国家经济建设发展的进度，继而导致工程质量缺陷，造成资源最大的浪费；质量缺陷需要重新施工，增加人力成本，这种情况不仅影响了整体项目的效率还使成本增加，继而影响了企业的实际效益；项目质量的优质不仅能够调高建筑企业的社会声誉和形象还能够给建筑企业带来更多的发展机会；此外工程质量好，人民的生命财产也得到了保障。接着以提高建筑质量控制水平为研究目的，使用5A级写字楼项目质量控制相关理论与实践相结合的方法，根据工程质量的定义和控制依据，把项目质量过程管理相关理论运用到北京丽泽D-10-5A级写字楼建设项目。项目质量控制方法主要是通过全面质量管理方法及质量控制的基本工具，案例法、资料收集法相结合的方法来研究。然后简要概述本文结构框架并画出论文结构框架图。最后本论文通过对质量控制理论及方法的研究，5A级写字楼建设项目施工质量控制的方法与实际项目案例相结合，并合理利用这些质量控制基本工具和方法，从而得出了一些结论。此外，质量控制方法研究还可基于其他参与建设的单位的方向来探究分析，本论文还归纳一些需要进一步探讨的研究方向。
英文摘要：	In the last few years, with the wide application of high-tech intelligent control system in the office building era, the intelligentialize degree of Building control system、Fire Automation、Security Automation is higher and higher. It becomes independent control subsystem. Today we call it "5A". That is intelligent 5A, includes OA (Office Automation), BA (Building Automation), CA (Communication Automation), FA (Fire Automation) and SA (Security Automation). Currently, the intellectualize of grade 5A office building is a key issue concerned by all circles. In the process of intelligent construction, the quality control of the project construction is the core of the whole construction process. In the process of construction, there may be problems in each procedure and each part, which will bring bad influence or even serious consequence to the overall quality of the project. Firstly, this paper mainly narrates grade 5A office building construction project quality control from the research background, purpose, method, paper content framework. The paper then briefly describes the Then from the significance of construction project quality management. For example, the construction quality relates to the credibility of enterprises in the society and the enterprises can survive or not, the construction quality is also the strong guarantee of the subsistence and development of construction enterprises; Project quality affects the progress of national economic, the bad quality leads to project quality defects and results the greatest waste of resources; However, such quality defects need to re-construct and increase labor costs. This situation not only affects the efficiency of the overall project, also increases the cost, the actual benefits of the enterprise will be affected. The high quality of the project can not only enhance the social reputation and image of the construction enterprise, but also bring more development opportunities to the construction enterprise. In addition, a high quality project can make people's lives and property be guaranteed. Then，the purpose of research of this paper will be improving the level of building quality control. This paper relates the theory of grade 5A office project quality control and practice. According to the definition and control basis of project quality, the related theory of project quality process management is applied to Beijing Lize D-10 grade 5A office building construction project. The method of project quality control combines the combination of total quality management and basic tools of quality control, case method and data collection method. After that, this paper briefly outlines the structure and draws the framework of the structure. Finally, through the study of quality control theory and method, this paper combines the construction quality control method of grade 5A office building construction project with the actual project case, and makes reasonable use of these basic tools and methods of quality control, thus draws some conclusions. In addition, quality control research can also base on the research directions of other units involved in the construction. This paper also summarizes some research directions that need further discussion.
