中文摘要: | 近年来,随着中国国民经济的快速发展和对外贸易的频繁发展,中国进出口物流总量也在不断增长,物流业在过去五年中保持了快速增长。人力资源在现代企业管理中的作用变得越来越重要。科学有效的人力资源管理可以提升企业的核心竞争力。改革开放以来,随着西方管理和人力资源管理理念的涌入,许多传统企业在东西方管理理念融合的基础上,积极改革人力资源管理方式,不断创新与学习,使得人力资源更好地为战略实现服务。 本文研究对象AT集团作为我国扎根集装箱多式联运物流的现代综合物流服务企业,已经发展经过了16个年头。而今,随着公司上市成功和规模的不断扩充,公司的人力资源管理水平却没有得到相应的提升,这已成为公司发展和战略实现的阻力。因此,研究与分析公司人力资源管理的现状,找出问题所在并提出有针对性的解决方案是当务之急。 本文首先从公司所处行业背景、发展阶段入手,阐明研究背景和方法。进而介绍了国内外人力资源管理的研究现状,揭示本文的研究意义和内容。其次,详细分析了AT集团所处的行业位置和行业发展趋势,说明了公司目前的组织构架和人力资源现状。随后,分析了AT集团中人力资源现状存在的问题以及可能造成问题的原因。之后,提出了多种方式可以改进AT集团的人力资源管理体系,包括优化招聘体系、绩效考核、人才培养、职业生涯设计等。最后,提出了为保证人力资源管理方案实施需要满足的条件,为推进人力资源改革创造环境。总结与展望得出科学完备的人力资源管理体系,能够吸引留住优秀人才,调动员工积极性,激发员工的工作潜能,最终实现员工与企业的双赢。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, with the rapid development of China's national economy and the increasing frequency of foreign trade, the total volume of China's import and export logistics has also been growing, and the logistics industry has maintained rapid growth in the past five years. The role of human resources in modern business management is becoming more and more important. Scientific and effective human resource management can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Since the reform and opening up, with the influx of Western management and human resource management ideas, many traditional enterprises have also actively reformed the way of human resource management based on the integration of East and West management ideas, constantly learning and innovating, and better implementing strategies. The research object AT Group has been developed as a modern integrated logistics service enterprise with containerized multimodal transport logistics in China. It has been developed for 16 years. Nowadays with the success of the company's listing and the continuous expansion and expansion of its scale, the company's human resources management level has not been correspondingly enhanced, which has become a resistance to the company's development and strategic realization. Therefore it is an urgent task to study and analyze the current situation of the company's human resource management, find out the problem and propose a targeted solution. This thesis begins with the enterprise background and development stage of the company, and clarifies the research background and methods. Then we introduces the research status of human resource management domestic and abroad, and reveals the research significance and content of this paper. Secondly, it analyzes in detail the industry position and industry development trend of AT Group, and explains the current organizational structure and human resources status of the company. Thirdly, the problems existing in the current situation of human resources in the AT Group and the reasons for the possible problems were analyzed. fourth, various methods were proposed to improve the AT Group's human resources management system, including optimizing the recruitment system, performance appraisal, talent development, career design and so on. Finally, it puts forward the conditions that need to be met to ensure the implementation of the human resources management plan, and create an environment for promoting human resources reform. Summary and outlook, a scientific and complete human resources management system can attract and retain outstanding talents, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, motivate the potential of employees, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for both enterprises and employees. | |
