中文摘要: | 摘 要 背景:近年来随着我国经济的快速发展,城镇化建设速度也大幅加快,高层、超高层各类建筑群也快速崛起,而由此引发的消防安全问题也越来越突出。智慧消防是通过物联网、无线通信等技术将城市各个消防设施如火灾报警系统、消防水系统、视频监控系统等消防设施全部联动起来,实现实时、动态的消防信息采集、传递和处理。从各地规划来看,“智慧消防”是作为智慧城市的重要一部分提出的,通过“智慧消防”力图解决消防数据信息碎片化、灭火救援孤岛化等问题,形成用数据预知预警、数据研判评估的大数据支撑新格局。与此同时,智能消防企业也开始面临诸如市场竞争者数量增加、客户产品质量和个性化需求增加等新的挑战。MT智能消防公司如何在新的时代环境下积极寻求转型,加速内生外延横向拓展行业维度,纵向更新技术,实现自身业务模块的全线升级,进一步提升自身竞争能力成为当前发展亟需解决的问题之一。 内容:本文开展了MT智能消防公司发展战略相关研究,基于企业发展管理理论,在对其发展环境分析的基础上,对其后续发展战略进行了规划设计。具体而言本文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1) 绪论。本章首先通过数据调研和文献查阅,获取了本文研究的背景及意义。在此基础上,构建了本文的主要研究内容和研究思路。(2)第二章 相关理论概述及文献综述。章从基本概念、战略规划的基本流程和发展战略分析和制定工具等三个方面对有关发展战略的理论研究情况进行综述。并对当前国内外研究成果进行了归纳总结,为全文研究的开展奠定了理论基础和参考依据。(3)MT智能消防公司发展内部环境分析。本章在概述MT智能消防公司基本状况的基础上,从公司现有内部资源和发展能力两个方面分析了公司拥有的发展优势和劣势,并构建了相应的IEF矩阵。(4)MT智能消防公司发展外部环境分析。本章分别采用PEST法和波特五力模型,对MT智能消防公司发展所面临的宏观环境和行业环境进行了分析,归纳总结出公司所面临的发展机遇和威胁,并构建了相应的EEF矩阵。(5)MT智能消防公司发展战略制定。本章基于企业发展战略层级理论,首先利用SWOT法为MT智能消防公司制定了相应的总体发展战略;然后利用QSMP法为MT智能消防公司制定了相应的职能层发展战略;最后结合MT智能消防公司发展战略规划,从人才培养、业务延伸、品牌建设等等方面提出了具体的业务层战略。(6)结论与展望。 结论:通过本文的研究可以得到如下研究结论:(1)MT智能消防公司在应对外部环境变化、在利用市场机会规避外部威胁方面比一般竞争对手做的更好。通过对本公司外部宏观环境和行业环境分析,辨识出8项主要外部关键要素,其中市场机会有消防安全工作重要性愈显、受重视程度更高;人们消防安全意识不断增强、消费主动性提高;城镇化建设和家庭消防打开新市场;国家持续消防安全投入。而外部威胁则包括行业处在转型期,市场秩序仍需完善;外资企业对行业的整合;原材料和部件的价格压力;供应商议价能力较强。针对这8项内容进行外部因素评价矩阵分析,得出本公司在应对外部环境变化、利用市场机会规避威胁方面处在同行中平均偏上水平。(2)MT智能消防公司内部优势和劣势都比较明显,内部资源能力优势稍微领先于内部劣势。通过公司近年经营发展部分数据资料和基于供应链分析框架的内部主要业务过程分析,辨识出10项关键内部因素,其中属于能力优势的是生产制造及其过程管理能力突出;消防设备和工程设计能力出色;工程建设经验丰富、能力突出;管理创新和组织适应能力较强;人力资源管理过程全面。而能力劣势内容包括先进技术人才和相关技术获取能力较弱;资金回笼较慢、流动资金紧张;工程项目现场管理易出现问题;公司内部各职能部门间协调力度不足;部分员工综合素质不达标。针对这10项内容进行内部因素评价矩阵分析,得出本公司内部优势和劣势均较明显,总体上能力优势略优于能力劣势。(3)MT智能消防公司应实施动态战略组合方案:集中优势资源谨慎实施产品开发和市场开发战略,以更优质的产品和服务巩固现有市场,并逐步开拓新的市场空间,迅速将市场机会转变为公司的利润空间和竞争优势;同时适当的实施一体化、集中多元化和收缩退出战略,谨慎联合一些原材料供应企业或同行类型企业,化解当前环境中供应商原材料和部件价格压力大的问题,弥补自身高技术人才获取能力较弱的劣势;谨慎进行多元化经营发展,化解当前环境中激烈的市场竞争压力,尤其是外资对行业的整合压力;果断将一些利润水平过低的产品线放弃,将公司资源向优势业务集中。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract Background: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the speed of urbanization construction has been greatly accelerated, and various types of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings have also risen rapidly, and the fire safety problems caused by this have become increasingly prominent. Intelligent fire control is to link all fire control facilities such as fire alarm system, fire water system, video surveillance system through Internet of Things and wireless communication technology, so as to realize real-time and dynamic fire information collection, transmission and processing. From the point of view of local planning, "intelligent fire protection" is proposed as an important part of smart city. Through "intelligent fire protection", we try to solve the problems of fragmentation of fire data, islanding of fire fighting and rescue, and form a new pattern supported by large data of data forecasting and early warning, data research and evaluation. At the same time, intelligent fire enterprises are also facing new challenges, such as the increase in the number of market competitors, the increase in customer product quality and personalized demand. How MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company actively seeks transformation under the new era environment, speeds up the endogenous extension to expand the industry dimension horizontally, updates the technology vertically, upgrades its business module on the whole line, and further improves its competitiveness has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current development. Content: This paper carries out relevant research on the development strategy of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company. Based on the theory of enterprise development management and the analysis of its development environment, the following development strategy of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company is planned and designed. Specifically, the main research contents of this paper include the following aspects: (1) Introduction. Firstly, this chapter obtains the background and significance of this study through data research and literature review. On this basis, the main research contents and ideas of this paper are constructed. (2) Chapter 2 is an overview of relevant theories and literature. The chapter reviews the theoretical research on development strategy from three aspects: basic concepts, basic process of strategic planning and development strategy analysis and development tools. The current research results at home and abroad are summarized, which lays a theoretical foundation and reference basis for the full-text research. (3) Internal environment analysis of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company. On the basis of summarizing the basic situation of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company, this chapter analyses the advantages and disadvantages of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company in terms of its existing internal resources and development capabilities, and constructs the corresponding IEF matrix. (4) Analysis of the external environment of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company. In this chapter, PEST method and Porter's Five Forces Model are used to analyze the macro environment and industry environment faced by MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company. The development opportunities and threats faced by MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company are summarized, and the corresponding EEF matrix is constructed. (5) Development strategy formulation of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company. Based on the hierarchical theory of enterprise development strategy, this chapter first formulates the corresponding overall development strategy for MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company by using SWOT method, then formulates the corresponding functional level development strategy for MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company by using QSMP method, and finally puts forward the specific business level from the aspects of personnel training, business extension, brand building and so on, combining with the development strategic planning of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company. Strategy. (6) Conclusions and prospects. Conclusion: Through this study, we can draw the following conclusions: (1) MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company is better than other competitors in coping with the changes of external environment and using market opportunities to avoid external threats. Through the analysis of the company's external macro-environment and industry environment, eight key external factors are identified, among which market opportunities include fire safety work becoming more and more important and valued; people's increasing awareness of fire safety and consumer initiative; urbanization construction and family fire protection opening new markets; and national sustained fire safety investment. The external threats include that the industry is in the transition period and the market order still needs to be improved; the integration of foreign-funded enterprises into the industry; the price pressure of raw materials and components; and the bargaining power of suppliers is strong. According to the analysis of the evaluation matrix of external factors for these eight items, it is concluded that the company is on the average of the peers in dealing with the changes of external environment and taking advantage of market opportunities to avoid threats. (2) The internal advantages and disadvantages of MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company are obvious, and the internal resource capability advantages are slightly ahead of the internal disadvantages. Through the data and analysis of main internal business processes based on supply chain analysis framework, 10 key internal factors were identified, among which production and manufacturing and process management capabilities were outstanding; fire fighting equipment and engineering design capabilities were outstanding; engineering construction experience and capability were outstanding; management innovation and organizational adaptability were strong; human resources were outstanding. Resource management process is comprehensive. The weaknesses include the weaker ability of advanced technical personnel and related technology acquisition, the slower withdrawal of funds, the shortage of liquidity, the problem of project site management, the lack of coordination among various functional departments within the company, and the lack of comprehensive quality of some employees. According to the analysis of internal factors evaluation matrix for these 10 items, it is concluded that the internal strengths and weaknesses of the company are obvious, and the overall ability advantage is slightly better than the ability weakness. (3) MT Intelligent Fire Fighting Company should implement dynamic strategic combination plan: concentrate superior resources and implement product development and market development strategy prudently, consolidate the existing market with higher quality products and services, gradually open up new market space, rapidly transform market opportunities into profit space and competitive advantage of the company; at the same time, properly implement integration, centralized diversification and shrink the withdrawal from the war. Briefly, it is prudent to unite with some raw material suppliers or peer-type enterprises to solve the problem of high price pressure of raw materials and components of suppliers in the current environment and make up for the weakness of their ability to acquire high-tech talents; prudently carry out diversified management and development, and resolve the fierce market competition pressure in the current environment, especially the integration pressure of foreign capital on the industry; decisively make some profits; The low level product line is abandoned and the company's resources are centralized into superior business. | |
