中文摘要：	金融科技指的是通过科学技术手段，对传统的金融运营模式、应用过程与产品设计产生全新改变的过程，金融科技对我国的金融市场、金融机构以及金融服务的变革都能够产生重大影响。但由于目前我国科技金融的发展体系仍然在发展阶段，构建并不成熟，尤其对于科技金融市场中的中小型企业，由于其规模小，缺乏雄厚的资金实力或集团背景，在科技金融快速更新迭代的市场内面临着严峻的竞争形势。面临更新变化的市场环境，实力雄厚的竞争对手，以及变化的政策制度，中小型科技金融企业在其中的战略选择与发展成为了影响其生存的重要要素。因此，针对这一热点，本文以升龙金科（天津）科技有限公司为研究案例，对我国中小型科技金融企业的发展战略进行了研究。 本文的分析论证首先从金融科技行业的发展历程与发展现状入手，通过分析概述金融科技的定义，我国金融科技行业的发展历程和发展现状，以及我国中小金融科技企业的发展特点，对金融科技的行业现状进行了把握。在此基础上，本文以升龙金科为研究对象，根据战略理论，对升龙金科的战略环境进行了分析。在此基础上借助SWOT分析模型，对升龙金科的竞争优势，劣势，机会与威胁进行了分析。通过以上分析，本文评估了升龙金科现有发展战略与短期和中长期的战略目标与发展方向，进而分析升龙金科目前战略存在的不足之处，包括中长期战略发展方向不清晰，战略组织的人员变动情况大，以及战略绩效考核激励机制的缺乏。根据以上战略不足，从领导组织架构，计划与实施步骤，考核与激励机制三个层面为其提出相关的战略实施策略，最后从强化全面财务管理与审计监督，强化其人力资源的培养与专业人才团队的维护，尽职、创新的企业文化培养三个角度对升龙金科的战略实施保障措施做出了分析，以保障升龙金科的战略得以充分、稳定地实施。全文理论与实际结合，具有一定的创新性。
英文摘要：	Financial technology refers to the process of making new changes to traditional financial operation models, application processes and product design through scientific and technological means. Financial technology can have a major impact on the reform of China's financial markets, financial institutions and financial services. However, due to the current development status of China's science and technology finance industry, small and medium-sized enterprises in the technology financial market, due to their small scale and lack of strong financial strength or group background, they are facing up with as competition situation. Within the new and changing market environment, strong competitors, and changing policy systems, the strategic choice and development of small and medium-sized technology financial enterprises has become an important factor affecting their survival. Therefore, this paper takes Shenglong Jinke (Tianjin) technology Co., Ltd. As a research case, and studies the development strategy of China's small and medium-sized science and technology financial enterprises. The analysis and demonstration of this paper begins with the development history and development status of the financial technology industry. Through the analysis and definition of the definition of financial technology, the development history and development status of China's financial technology industry, and the development characteristics of China's small and medium-sized financial technology enterprises, the development of financial technology the status quo of the industry have been grasped. On this basis, this paper takes Shenglong Jinke as the research object and analyzes the strategic environment of Shenglong Jinke according to the strategic theory. Based on this, the SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the competitive advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Shenglong Jinke. Through the above analysis, this paper evaluates the existing development strategy and short-term and medium-term strategic goals and development direction of Shenglong Jinke, and then analyzes the shortcomings of the current strategy of Shenglong Jinke, including the unclear development direction of the medium and long-term strategy. And the lack of incentives for strategic performance appraisal. According to the above-mentioned strategic deficiencies, it proposes relevant strategic implementation strategies from three levels: leadership organization structure, planning and implementation steps, assessment and incentive mechanism, and finally strengthens comprehensive financial management and audit supervision, and strengthens its human resources training and professional talents. The maintenance of the team, the diligent and innovative corporate culture training, analyzed the strategic implementation safe guard measures of Shenglong Jinke, in order to ensure the full and stable implementation of the strategy of Shenglong Jinke. The full paper combines theory with practice which has certain innovation.
