| 中文摘要: | 汽车金融行业在中国发展已有30多年历史,但建立里程碑式的发展起点,还是从2004年汽车金融公司新兴模式的开展到现今。近15年的中国乘用车汽车金融行业基本保持了5年一个阶段,实现从规范发展、高速成长到衍生裂变的三个过程。由于汽车金融资产作为优质的金融资产具备较强流通性,因此也吸引了众多机构和热钱蜂拥而至,大家踊跃参与和布局这个万亿级的汽车金融市场。 中国汽车金融的行业由规范发展到高速成长阶段,关注点主要集中在产品、渠道(市场)、服务、风控等几个纬度。基于部分先行者汽车厂家金融机构成功和成熟的发展案例,其他各类汽车金融服务机构都默许这些纬度作为行业标准参照,在自家业务发展上下足了功夫。对中国汽车金融市场而言,一方面大家共同推进了中国汽车金融行业的标准化和规范化,也不断的共同完善着这些行业标准。很多机构也通过对这些标准的掌控力强弱来实现和竞争对手的差异化区分,建设自身的核心竞争力;然而另一方面,由于行业准入门槛低且行业模式创新性较差,导致不论先后进入的大多数机构均出现了金融产品严重同质化的问题。这也加剧了市场渠道间的白热化竞争,只能通过压缩收益抢占客户资源,最终牵连上游汽车金融机构割让利润并且进退两难的局面。随着中国互联网行业的日趋成熟和介入,汽车金融的行业发展走入由成长到裂变的阶段。为实现更好的盈利性,资金规模和资金成本就成了汽车金融机构共同关注的问题。面对如此白热化的市场竞争,如何打造竞争优势,如何建立竞争壁垒,如何在竞争中胜出,如何在扩大业务规模的同时做到防控风险,做到“既要又要”,是当前每个市场竞争者面临的重要命题。 本文针对国内外有关汽车金融和公司发展战略的理论、汽车金融发展的内外部环境、汽车金融发展的未来趋势、长久汽车金融发展现状及发展难题做出了深入的探讨,利用一些战略分析工具,如PEST分析法、五力模型以及SWOT分析法等,充分整合长久集团产业资源最后形成了适合长久汽车金融的发展方向,扬长避短,并有针对性地提出了适应长久汽车金融的发展战略。 | |
