中文摘要: 改革开放以来,我国的国民生产总值和居民人均可支配收入日益提升,出于对未来生活和收入的良好预期,人民群众对贷款消费的接受程度越来越高。同时,政府出于满足人民的物质文化需求、发展经济的目的,不断的出台政策促进消费、促进消费金融的发展,未来我国的消费金融将实现高速的增长。消费贷款是商业银行传统资产业务之一,商业银行在立足传统消费贷款的同时,也积极的采用不同的方式参与消费金融的发展,进而实现自身效益和规模的增长。 本文以HX银行发展消费金融业务的策略为研究对象, 研究过程中,本文综合使用了文献研究法、案例研究法、和归纳研究法等方法探讨HX发展消费金融业务的策略。首先,本文对消费金融的概念进行了界定。其次,本文描述了我国消费金融和商业银行发展消费金融的现状。再次,本文分析了HX银行发展消费金融的现状和问题。最后,本文提出了HX银行发展消费金融的策略和相关的配套保障措施。 本文认为HX银行发展消费金融业务需要改变策略、开展新的业务模式。包括:发展信用卡业务、创新零售贷款产品、创新与消费金融公司的合作、建立消费金融子公司。此外,HX银行还需要建立与消费金融发展策略相适应的配套保障措施,包括:建立相应的企业文化和人才队伍,建立新的组织架构、授信审批制度、考核制度和财务核算制度。本文的研究结论既能丰富消费金融业务相关的理论研究, 同时对HX银行发展消费金融业务也有一定的现实指导意义。 
英文摘要:Since the reform and opening up, China's gross national product and per capita disposable income have been increasing. Due to good expectations for future life and income, the people's acceptance of loan consumption is getting higher and higher. At the same time, in order to meet the people's material and cultural needs and develop the economy, the government has continuously introduced policies to promote consumption and promote the development of consumer finance. In the future, China's consumer finance will achieve rapid growth. Consumer loans are one of the traditional asset businesses of commercial banks. While relying on traditional consumer loans, commercial banks are also actively adopting different ways to participate in the development of consumer finance, thereby achieving their own benefits and scale growth. This paper takes HX Bank's strategy of developing consumer finance business as the research object. In the research process, this paper uses literature research method, case study method, and inductive research method to explore HX's strategy of developing consumer finance business. First of all, this paper defines the concept of consumer finance. Secondly, this paper describes the current situation of China's consumer finance and commercial banks developing consumer finance. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of HX Bank's development of consumer finance. Finally, this paper proposes HX Bank's strategy of developing consumer finance and related supporting safeguard measures. This paper believes that HX Bank's development of consumer finance business needs to change its strategy and develop new business models. These include: developing credit card business, innovating retail loan products, innovating and cooperating with consumer finance companies, and establishing consumer finance subsidiaries. In addition, HX Bank also needs to establish supporting measures that are compatible with the development strategy of consumer finance, including: establishing a corresponding corporate culture and talent team, establishing a new organizational structure, credit approval system, assessment system and financial accounting system. The research conclusions of this paper can not only enrich the theoretical research related to consumer finance business, but also have certain practical guiding significance for HX Bank to develop consumer finance business.
