中文摘要:本论文的主题是对天津力神电池股份有限公司(以下简称“力神电池”或“公司”)动力电池业务的竞争战略研究。力神电池是我国规模最大、产品线最丰富、技术水平最高的新能源汽车动力电池企业之一。经过二十年的发展壮大,公司影响力不断增强,逐渐成长为行业内领导者。但近年来,动力电池市场及企业自身发生了巨大变化,导致公司的发展遇到了瓶颈。如何应对环境变化对公司造成的影响,扭转不利局势,选择适合公司自身特点的战略方针,成为公司实现可持续发展的重要课题。 本论文重点研究了力神电池动力电池业务竞争战略的案例。首先,对战略管理的基本理论和相关文献进行了学习、梳理和研究。然后针对外部市场(新能源汽车和动力电池市场)的发展趋势及发展特点进行了深入思考。随后是力神电池的发展概述及现状,从市场开发和技术研发两方面分析了公司发展存在的问题,最后提出调整公司战略方向的解决方案和保障措施。其中,制定的解决方案明确了坚持以“动力电池全业务”为核心,从产业整合、市场开发、技术研发三方面出发:产业上,通过垂直整合、产业集群、横向扩张、产业延伸等方式加强上下游衔接;市场开发上,定位高端,通过股权投资、合资建厂、战略合作、战略联盟等形式绑定下游车企;研发上,突出电池(电芯)技术研发长项,补齐系统集成能力短板。与此同时,提出体制机制创新、人才梯队建设、资本运作能力提升等三大保障措施保驾护航,确保战略实施的顺利完成。 本论文的创新点在于结合力神电池自身的发展特点和业务长处,以行业内标杆企业为标准,将战略管理理论与多年工作经历和感受、运行实践充分结合,使公司能够从中得到启示,拓宽思路,并逐渐运用到企业实际发展战略中去,从而提升核心竞争力,改善经营业绩。 
英文摘要:The topic of this thesis is to study the competitive strategy of Tianjin Lishen Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lishen” or “Company”) in new energy vehicle (NEV) battery business. Lishen, as one of the largest NEV battery manufacturer having advanced technology and various products and services, has powerful influence and become the leader in this fast-growing market. However, the significant change of in-company resources and competition environment in recent years has caused the bottleneck in corporate development and competition. It is an essential topic for corporate sustainable development to face the challenge, reverse the negative situation and build a strategic plan tailored specially for the industry’s need. This paper focuses on the case of the competitive strategy of Lishen in NEV battery business. First of all, learn and study the basic theories and read references of Strategic Management. And then, understand the market developing trend and its characteristic, including NEV market and NEV battery market. After that, introduce the Lishen ’s history and status and find out the problems holding back its development from marketing and R&D. Finally, propose some measures and solutions for strategic adjustment to improve its competitive advantage. The solution we propose is to keep all-round NEV battery business as the core-competitiveness and focus on the industrial integration, marketing and R&D. In the aspect of industrial integration, enhance the relationships with upstream suppliers and downstream customers, taking advantage of vertical integration, industrial cluster, horizontal expansion and industry extension. In marketing, position at high-end market and carry out cooperation plans, equity investment, joint venture, strategic cooperation and strategic alliance included in order to boost the sales. In R&D, take the leading position on the cell R&D and make up for shortcomings on system integration. Meanwhile, improve the institutional innovation, talent pool construction and capital operation capability for making sure the solution can be well-implemented. The innovation of this paper lies in linking theory with practice and years of my working experience, with the consideration of Lishen’s characteristic and the strengths and benchmarking TOP companies in the business, which enable the management to broaden the horizon for gaining the competitive advantage and improving overall performance.
