中文摘要:近年来,中国经济下行业压力日渐增大、企业竞争日益激烈、外部环境的不确定性的増强,企业组织结构层级减少,管理不断扁平化。 数据和实例表明,中国企业的管理者迫切需要提高自身的领导能力;拥有优秀的中层管理者才能保障企业持久经营、持续盈利和发展,由于企业中层管理者所处的位置非常特殊,往往受到来自于公司、团队、客户、同事等多方面的压力,源于优秀的中层管理者对企业的忠诚度,认知度、适应度。研究表明中层管理者是执行公司战略的先行者,他们不仅仅是简单的执行公司的战略,而是用自己的创造性观点、行动、和创新,对战略进行细化和具体化完善,其背后的强大的支撑因素源于他们长期在一线竞争的经历中获得的第一手知识与资源,以及他们对利润区感知的能力,这些因素使得中层管理者成为引导公司或控制公司成功的重要组成部分,用真正的战略来确定公司的收益增加,从深层意义说是公司命运的主宰者,中层管理者是将企业愿景转变为可执行的想法、并且让多样化的员工队伍认可支持的关键。 H公司是国家重点精密制造型企业,在今天这个日益变化的运营环境下中层管理者如何能够跟随企业共同成长,是企业目前急需解决的问题,同时也是企业得以持续经营的根本。本文通过分析影响H公司的中层管理者(部门经理及主管)领导力现状的因素,从而明确中层管理者需要具备的能力,研究出匹配公司未来战略所需要的中层管理者领导力提升的实施方案,并在行业内推广此理念。 未来的企业要想在日益加剧的人才竞争、能力竞争、忠诚竞争中生存与发展,就一定要让中层管理者取得成功。  
英文摘要:In recent years, the pressure of industry in China's economic downturn is increasing day by day. Competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. The uncertainties of the external environment are increasing gradually. The organizational structure hierarchy reduces in enterprises. Management is flattening out. Data and examples show that managers of Chinese enterprises urgently need to improve their leadership ability. Only by possessing excellent middle-level managers can enterprises are guaranteed sustainable operation, continuous profits and development. Because the position of middle-level managers in enterprises is very special, they are often under pressure from companies, teams, customers, colleagues and other aspects. Research shows that middle-level managers are pioneers in implementing corporate strategy. They not only simply implement corporate strategy, but also refine it with their own creative ideas, actions, and innovations. The strong supporting factors behind them are the first-hand knowledge and resources gained from their long-term experience in front-line competition, as well as their perception for the profits zone. These factors make middle managers an important part of guiding or controlling the company's success, and to ensure corporate revenue increase. In the deep sense, middle managers are the masters of the company's fate. Middle-level managers turn corporate vision into an executable idea. And let employees recognize and support. H company is a national key precision manufacturing enterprise. In today's increasingly changing operating environment, how middle-level managers can follow the common growth of enterprises is an urgent problem for enterprises to solve, but also the basis for enterprises to continue to operate. By analyzing the factors influencing the leadership status of H company's middle managers (department managers and supervisors), this paper clarifies the abilities that middle managers need to possess, studies the implementation plan of improving the leadership of middle managers matching the company's future strategy, and promotes this idea in the industry. In the future, if enterprises want to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce talent competition, ability competition and loyalty competition, they must make the middle managers succeed.
