中文摘要:随着铝模板产品应用项目的快速增长,铝模板租赁行业迎来快速发展,从事铝模板租赁的公司运营管理问题也逐渐爆发,本文分析了铝模板行业典型企业Y公司的运营管理模式并进行了改善,文章主要内容如下: 本文第一章为绪论,介绍了论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法和论文框架。 本文第二章为相关文献回顾,对拉动式生产方式、推动式生产方式、ABC重点控制法、VMI供应商管理库等理论概念做了综述。 本文第三章对铝模板租赁行业典型企业Y公司在供应链中的位置、所处行业的运营流程特点、现存运营问题进行了分析,结合Y公司现存运营问题的重要程度,归纳出Y公司目前运营管理中的主要问题为:生产计划、库存管理、旧板回收再制造问题。 本文第四章对Y公司的生产计划模式问题、库存管理问题进行相应改善:对于生产计划模式问题,建立供应链信息共享机制、由推动式生产模式调整为拉动式生产,Y公司从供应链合同图纸流转、生产方式整体改善;对于库存管理问题,根据ABC重点控制法对Y公司库存进行了分类,针对A类战略客户实施VMI的库存策略;对于半成品库存,即回收再制造的铝模板产品,其再制造过程的加工工期短,可以在适当判断后用于B类客户的订单交付;对C类客户实施差别化管理,优先完成A类和B类订单,剩余产能提供给C类客户。 第五章对Y公司生产计划改善方案实施效果、Y公司库存管理改善方案实施效果、Y公司供应链战略合作伙伴关系改善方案实施效果进行了评价,并提出了实施Y公司运营改善方案的保障措施。 第六章为结论和展望。 希望本篇文章研究能给国内从事铝模板租赁业务的企业运营管理改善带来一些参考借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the rapid growth of aluminum formwork application projects, the aluminum formwork leasing industry has ushered in rapid development. The operation and management problems of companies engaged in aluminum formwork leasing also gradually erupt. This thesis analyzes and improves the operation and management mode of Y company, a typical enterprise in aluminum formwork industry. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The first chapter of this thesis is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research significance, research content, research methods and the framework of the thesis. The second chapter of this thesis reviews the relevant literature, and summarizes the theoretical concepts such as pull production mode, push production mode, ABC key control method and VMI supplier management library. The third chapter of this thesis expounds and analyzes the operation and management status of the aluminum formwork leasing industry and the typical enterprise Y company in the industry. Combined with the importance of Y company's existing operating problems, the main problems in Y company's current operating management are summarized as follows: production planning, inventory management, old board recycling and remanufacturing. The fourth chapter of this thesis, the production planning and inventory management problems of Y company are optimized and analyzed, and corresponding improvements are made. As for the production planning mode, the supply chain information sharing mechanism was established, and the push production mode was adjusted to pull production. Y company transferred the contract drawings from the supply chain and improved the production mode as a whole. As for inventory management, the inventory of Y company was classified according to ABC key control method, and VMI inventory strategy was implemented for A-type strategic customers. For semi-finished product inventory, that is, recycled and remanufactured aluminum formwork products, the remanufacturing process has a short processing period, which can be used for the delivery of orders of class B customers after appropriate judgment; Implement differential management for category C customers, prioritize the completion of category A and B orders, and provide the remaining production capacity to category C customers. The fifth chapter evaluates the implementation effect of Y company's production plan and improvement plan, the implementation effect of Y company's inventory management improvement plan, and the implementation effect of Y company's supply chain strategic partnership improvement plan, and put forward the guarantee measures to implement Y company's operation improvement plan. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook. It is hoped that the research in this thesis can provide some reference for domestic enterprises engaged in aluminum formwork leasing business operation management optimization.
