| 中文摘要: | 摘要 企业的生存发展依赖环境给予的机会,而企业能上升的高度和能涉足的里程则依赖于领导人,领导人的目光决定了企业的高度,领导人的方式则影响了企业的规模大小和长远度。领导力则是领导人目光和方式的展现方式,战略思想的高低、领导方式的疾、缓都是企业文化的内在体现。 随着科技的发展,政治环境、宏观经济、文化的交融等因素对贸易方式的影响,企业的兴衰变化也随之变换,国际间的政策、国内外的经济都是企业应该关注的侧重点,中小企业则因体量小、人员少、相对大企业来说各种体制不够健全、能享受的扶持政策微薄,生存环境更显艰难,对贸易环境的变化的敏感度更高,是以,更应该保持警醒,随时调整体态迎接新的挑战,这便对中小企业自身的结构优化提出了新要求,只有团队在专业能力过硬、组织管理能力更契合的情况下,才能稳定发展并有机会挑战新的经济环境以赢得发展。 本文以上海KT公司为例,分析了现代经济形势下传统行业所面临的机遇、威胁,剖析了自身存在的劣势以及拥有的优势,详细列明了KT公司面临的结构现状,并通过精细描述突出公司面临的领导问题-团队协调、基础利益分配与激励制度的失衡、无效沟通、集权等现象并阐述了问题形成的原因。 通过分析,可以看出领导力亦受外部环境影响,文化的改变,成员受教育程度的改变、生活环境的变化等因素都决定了成员被领导方式的改变,因此企业领导人亦应作出改变,通过建立科学的体制架构、充分尊重他人,公开、公正的激励制度,公平对待每一位成员等方式树立新的企业形象,改善企业文化,建立人才库,提升企业人才输送质量,保证企业在关键岗位的关键人才不受特定人员的制约,保持中小企业的灵活度,才能以随机应变的姿态坦然面对所有经济环境下的转型。 关键词:中小企业;领导力;领导特质;领导行为;领导情境 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The survival and development of a company depends on the opportunity given by the environment, while the height of the company can rise and the mileage it can get involved depends on the leader. The leader's insight determine the height of the company, and the leader's way affects the size and sustainability of the company. Leadership is reflection showing the insight and ways of leaders. The level of strategic thinking, the pace of leadership, and the slowness of leadership are all intrinsic manifestations of corporate culture. With the development of science and technology, the influence of the political environment, macroeconomics, and cultural integration on trade patterns, the rise and fall of enterprises have also changed. International policies and the domestic and foreign economies are the focus of attention that enterprises should pay attention to. Small and medium-sized enterprises, on the other hand, because of their small size, small personnel, inadequate institutions and meagre support policies for larger enterprises, have a more difficult living environment and are more sensitive to changes in the trading environment. Hence, small and medium-sized enterprises shall stay alert, adjust condition at any time to meet new challenges, which puts forward new requirements for the structural optimization of small and medium-sized enterprises. Only when the team has a strong professional ability and organizational management ability can it develop steadily and have the opportunity to challenge the new economic environment to win development. Taking Shanghai KT as an example, this article analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by traditional industries under the modern economic situation, analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of its own existence, and details the structural status quo faced by KT. Through the detailed description of the leadership problems facing the company-team coordination, the distribution of basic benefits and the imbalance of the incentive system, ineffective communication, centralization and other phenomena and explained the reasons for the formation of the problem. Through the analysis, it can be seen that leadership is also influenced by the external environment, changes in culture, changes in the educational level of members, changes in the living environment, and other factors determine the way that team members are led. Therefore, corporate leaders should also make changes. We will establish a scientific institutional framework, fully respect others, an open and fair system of incentives, fair treatment of each member and other means to create a new corporate image, improve the corporate culture, establish a talent pool, and improve the quality of enterprise talent delivery. Ensure that the key talents in the key positions of enterprises are not restricted by specific personnel, and maintain the flexibility of small and medium-sized enterprises, in order to respond to all the economic environment in an appropriate manner.
