中文摘要：	面对经济发展中如影随形的高消耗、高污染和资源环境约束问题，中国开始寻求经济增长模式的全面转变，走节约型发展道路。循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心，以“减量化、再利用、 资源化”为原则，以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征，符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式，是对“大量生产、大量消费、大量废弃”的传统增长模式的根本变革。循环经济是一种新型的生产方式，也是一种物质循环流动型经济形态。2015年发改委出台了《2015循环经济推进计划》，要求推进屠宰废弃物的无害化处理及再利用。我国肉类的屠宰量和食用量位居世界前列，屠宰和加工过程中会产生大量的肉类副产物及废弃物，这是诸多企业面临的重要问题，也是一个重要的环境问题。我国当下开展农副产品循环经济的重要任务是如何开展屠宰副产物的综合利用和开发，提高副产物的价值，解决副产物的环境问题。A公司致力于利用生物技术就地全面无害化处理肉类工业屠宰副产物，并回收其中的蛋白质及脂肪等产品用于饲料及养殖业的蛋白质原料。同时使肉类工业屠宰副产物的环境污染问题及生物安全问题得以解决，具有重要的实践意义。 本文以A公司为例，研究屠宰副产物处理项目的评价和实施，介绍了A公司在屠宰副产物处理方面的技术与生产流程和创新之处；通过对该项目的市场化、结构化及风险化三个方面进行系统评价，为A公司在项目实施过程中提供了重要的决策依据；最后提出了A公司屠宰副产物处理项目实施的保障措施和未来发展模式。 通过研究，本文认为该项目符合政府的产业发展政策导向，有巨大的潜在市场需求，尤其具有产业链的定位优势，填补了技术、产业链、市场需求的空缺，形成了一个完整闭环的新型产业链，且对整个产业开展循环经济具有重要的引导作用。

Circular economy is a new mode of production, but also a material flow of circulation-based economy. Company A is committed to the use of biotechnology and other meat products in the industry to achieve a complete on-site harmless treatment and recycling of protein and fat products such as feed and aquaculture for the protein feedstock. At the same time, it is of practical significance to solve the environmental pollution problems and biosafety issues of by-products in the meat industry.
