| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening up, the domestic electronics industry has become increasingly leading in the international arena, while the competitive situation is also increasingly upgrading. At different stages of enterprise development, Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company has formulated a development strategy suitable for enterprise development characteristics and environment matching. Faced with the current changes in the internal and external strategic environment, the current strategic planning is not adaptable. Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company needs to adapt to the dynamic changes of the internal and external environment and the balance of internal and external forces, and speed up its strategic upgrading, and always maintain its competitive advantage. In the formulation of strategic objectives, Shenzhen XGH Electronics Co., Ltd. should leap into a first-class domestic connector production and operation enterprise, and occupy a certain advantage in the global competition. We will strive for annual revenue of more than 200 million yuan in 3-5 years, with 500 employees and business covering all provinces in the country. In addition, expand the market scale in the international market and set up production bases in Southeast Asia or South Asia. In the design of strategic upgrading, Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company needs to implement an active extension strategy upgrading, including horizontal expansion strategy, related diversification strategy, talent introduction and innovation strategy, and formulate a connotative safeguard strategy to promote strategic upgrading and achieve a higher level leap of Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company. We should implement the strategy of horizontal expansion through mergers and acquisitions and regional expansion. We should adopt relevant diversification expansion strategy, through breakthroughs in technology, skills or production conditions, promote the development of related businesses, develop new market segments, achieve at a lower cost, and share internal resources of the company to enhance its value. Implementing talent introduction and innovation strategy upgrading, introducing high-quality talent through building a good talent training and incentive mechanism, and improving the innovative ability of Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company by creating innovative culture and innovation mechanism. Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company needs to construct four strategies for strategic upgrading, including creating a characteristic corporate culture, creating a performance-based innovation mechanism, building an information-based management platform, and opening up multi-channel financial capital. The research on strategic upgrading of Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company has certain exploratory value for enriching the application of strategic management theory, and has practical guiding significance for Shenzhen XGH Electronics Company, which is conducive to providing direction and guarantee for the future development of enterprises, and has reference value for peer enterprises.
