中文摘要:目前,在中国政府的政策支持和严格监管下,中国的环保产业正处于历史最佳发展阶段。面对新的市场环境和需求,作为综合性新兴学科的环保产业,其诸多细分领域正处于大力探索、不断创新阶段。 天津中福环保科技股份有限公司(以下简称“中福环保”)是专注于提供绿色化工技术和环保解决方案的高新技术企业,公司成立时间短,还没有形成战略管理的框架,管理层对公司的发展战略还缺乏系统科学统一的认识。面对现阶段复杂多变的国内外环境以及企业自身发展的需求,公司要想在竞争激烈的环保产业中取得优异成绩,需要采取科学严谨的方法,结合公司自身的特点,制定出适宜的发展战略和实施策略。 本文研究运用了战略管理和创新管理的理论和分析方法。基于中福环保公司的历史背景和经营现状,采用PEST分析模型(政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境)和五力分析模型(现有竞争者竞争能力分析、供应商议价能力分析、购买者的议价能力分析、新进入者的威胁分析、替代品分析)对中福环保公司所处的外部宏观环境和内部微观环境进行分析,利用SWOT 战略分析模型对中福环保公司管理战略(优势、劣势、机会、挑战)进行分析后,提出了基于技术创新的中福环保公司差异化发展战略。 然后,从中福环保公司内部视角和外部视角分别提出了基于技术创新的差异化战略实施策略。内部实施策略提出了企业创新组织、企业技术发展模、研究人员人才激励和企业创新文化建设四个战略实施策略;外部实施策略提出了战略联盟、生态价值链构建和知识产权三个战略实施策略。 本文最后提出了基于技术创新的差异化战略实施的保障措施。对于战略实施的保障,分别从战略实施的组织和领导,以及财务管控、市场开拓、工程管控几方面资源保障进行分析讨论,以确保中福环保公司的的差异化战略实施。 
英文摘要:At present , China's environmental protection industry is at the best stage of development in history under the policy support and strict supervision of the Chinese government. Faced with the new market environment and demand , many of its subdivisions are in the stage of vigorous exploration and continuous innovation as a comprehensive emerging discipline. Zhongfu Environmental Co. LTD in Tianjin is a high-tech enterprise focusing on providing green chemical technique and solutions of environmental protection. The company has been established for a short time that haven’t a strategic management framework. The executives lack a scientific and unified understanding of the company's development strategy. Faced with volatile domestic and foreign environment and the needs of enterprise's own development, the firm needs to formulate appropriate strategies of development and implementation combined with it's own characteristics if it wants to achieve excellent results. The thesis uses strategic management theory and innovation management theory. First of all, based on the historical background and operating state of Zhongfu Environmental Co.LTD, the thesis analyze macro and micro environment using PEST analysis model(political, economic, social, technology environment) and five-force analysis model(competitive ability of current competitors, bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of entrants, analysis of substitute goods). Then, the thesis analyzes the management strategy using SWOT((advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges) and proposes differential development Strategy of Zhongfu Environmental Co. LTD. After that, the thesis puts forward internal differential development strategy including organization pattern of innovation, the model of technological development, incentive mechanism to researchers, construction of innovative culture and external Differential Development Strategy including strategic alliance, construction of ecological value chain and intellectual property rights. In the end, the thesis proposes measures to ensure the implementation of differential development strategy of Zhongfu Environmental Co. LTD based on technological innovation, which covers organization and leadership, financial control, market exploitation, engineering control.
