| 中文摘要： | 伴随着经济全球化、一体化进程的不断推进，许多国家的经济增长都经历了以牺牲自然资源为代价这一阶段，而社会的进步终将会以环境资源的可持续发展为最终的目标。在实现国家战略转型的这一过程中，环保产业的快速、健康、合理发展将会起到十分积极的正面作用。 随着环保行业市场环境的不断变化，企业经营面临的各种不确定因素越来越多，环保企业需要结合内外部资源条件，应用国际先进的科学技术，提升自身核心竞争力，通过制定适合自身的发展战略，加快自身发展。 论文首先对企业战略及战略管理的研究目的和研究意义进行了阐述，而后使用多种战略管理的相关理论知识与分析工具如：企业生命周期理论、PEST分析法、波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析方法等，对天津JC环保股份有限公司的内外部环境进行了深入分析。并结合公司在当前发展过程中遇到的瓶颈及潜在机遇，认真剖析企业在当前发展阶段中所具备的优势和劣势，最终确定出公司当前阶段应当采取的发展战略，明确公司今后将采取的发展战略。论文希望通过对企业发展战略进行管理，以克服企业自身短板，不断提高企业核心竞争力从而实现天津JC环保股份有限公司的健康、高速发展。 为了保证公司制定的发展战略得到有效实施，本文在最后制定了与之相适应的战略保障措施，确保企业发展战略目标的实现，在环保行业中行成稳定的竞争优势。论文通过组织保障、人才保障、制度保障、战略风险保障等四个方面的保障措施以确保企业发展战略的实施，公司通过制定发展战略，将进一步完善公司建设，达到企业资源最优配置，实现企业的可持续发展。 关键词：JC环保；发展战略；战略保障 | |
| 英文摘要： | The development practice of all countries in the world shows that economic growth and social progress ultimately depend on the environment and the ability to support resources. Environmental protection industry is a strategic industry in our country. It has an important strategic position in the National economic system. The development and progress of environmental protection enterprises is the basis for the progress of national environmental governance. It is an effective way for environmental protection enterprises to accelerate their own development and progress only if they formulate their own development strategies according to the conditions of internal and external resources and effectively implement them， and promote and apply international advanced science and technology. Thesis first describes the purpose and significance of the research. Then this paper uses the relevant theory and analysis methods of strategic management(PEST analysis method， Porter Five Force Analysis Model， SWOT method) to analyze the internal and external environment of Tianjin JC Environmental Services Co.， Ltd... Identify the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the process of development， as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the company itself in the competition. On this basis， it defines the overall development strategy that JC Environmental Services should adopt to help the company overcome its own shortcomings， determine its development strategy and direction， improve its core competitiveness， seize opportunities and avoid threats， so as to achieve sustainable development. Finally， in order to ensure the realization of the overall development strategy of the company， it gives the guarantee measures that are consistent with the overall strategic goals， which are manifested in the construction of the information system， the improvement of the management system， the implementation and evaluation of the control strategy， and the construction of the corporate culture. It is expected that JC Environmental Services can improve the core competitiveness， form a competitive advantage， realize the optimal allocation of enterprise resources， and promote the company's sustainable and high-speed development.
