中文摘要:微软公司CEO史蒂夫鲍尔默说,“任何企业都不能幸免于此次金融危机,包括微软在内。”从2007年4月美国次贷危机引起的华尔街风暴,现在已经演变为全球性的经济危机。 在国际金融危机愈演愈烈的环境下,不仅靠贴牌生产、不具备自主核心技术的企业受到严重影响,对于具备自主核心技术的高新技术企业而言,由于受危机传导作用的影响也造成了一定的冲击。本文以华苑科技园80家高新技术企业调研分析为例,论述了当前经济危机对这些中小型高新技术企业的造成的影响。本文通过分析华苑高新技术企业的特点,提出了对于这类中小型高新技术企业应对当前经济危机的策略,对华苑高新技术企业应对经济危机具有一定的参考意义。 本文共分五部分。第一章是绪论,简要介绍本文论题,经济危机冲击下高新技术企业的应对策略的研究背景、研究目的和意义、研究方法、分析框架及主要内容。第二章是高新技术企业的特点分析,详细辨析了中国高新技术企业的界定和发展概况以及高新技术企业的特点。论述了高新技术企业生命周期的特征,及处于不同生命周期阶段的企业的特点。第三章是本次经济危机的起源及演变。重点论述了本次经济危机的起源、蔓延、深化及可能对企业造成的影响。第四章主要内容为对华苑科技园高新技术企业的调研与分析,通过对80家企业的调研资料进行数据处理和分析,分析了当前经济危机对华苑高新技术企业的深层影响,以及分析整理了当前华苑科技园的企业采取的应对经济危机的措施。最后列举了两个具有代表性的华苑企业应对经济危机的案例。第五章是全文最重要的部分,通过第四章分析了华苑科技园高新技术企业的整体特点,本文根据这些高新技术企业普遍具有的特点,提出了几点应对策略。 越是提前做好准备的企业越会将形势判断的严峻一些,准备过冬的能力就会增强一些。本文旨在为高新技术企业应对经济寒冬提出有益的参考。  
英文摘要:Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said, "Any enterprise is not immune to the financial crisis, including Microsoft." the Wall Street turmoil caused by sub-loan crisis of the United States in April 2007 has now evolved into a global economic crisis. Under the international environment of Growing financial crisis, hi-tech enterprises which always depend on OEM production and do not have their own core technology have been seriously affected. Moreover enterprises which have their own core technology have also been impacted to a certain degree indirectly. In this paper, take research and analysis of 80 high-tech enterprises in Huayuan industrial Park as an example, discuss the current economic crisis’ impact on these small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. Although there are many problems caused by the crisis, they can be summed up as the shrinking of enterprise markets caused by economic crisis and shortage of funds. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of Huayuan high-tech enterprises, I proposed some strategies in response to the current economic crisis for such small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. These strategies must have certain reference value for these high-tech enterprises to cope with the economic crisis. This article is divided into five parts. Preface Chapter briefly introduces research background, purpose and significance, research methodology, analytical framework and main content of high-tech enterprise’ strategies in response to the impact of economic crisis. Chapter II introduces the connotation and characteristics of high-tech enterprises and analyses in detail the basic concepts of high-tech, as well as the definition and development of the United States and the Chinese high-tech enterprises. In addition, this chapter also discusses in detail the features of high-tech enterprise’ life cycle, and characteristics of enterprises at different stages of the life cycle as well as the main reasons for high-tech enterprises’ failure. Chapter III is about the history and evolution of the economic crisis. In addition to the discussion on the major economic crisis and the lessons in the history, this chapter emphasizes on the origin, spread and deepening of the economic crisis that happened this time, and its possible impact on the enterprises. Based on the first three chapters, Chapter IV are the research and analysis of high-tech enterprise in Huayuan Industrial Park. By analysis and data processing on research data of 80 enterprises, it analyses current economic crisis’ deep impact on Huayuan high-tech enterprises, as well as the measures the enterprises in Huayuan Industrial Park has adopted to deal with the economic crisis. Finally it cites cases of two representative Huayuan companies to deal with of economic crisis. The text of Chapter V is the most important part of this paper. This chapter raises a number of strategies based on general characteristics of these high-tech enterprises. It suggests that enterprises use measures such as the integration of industrial chain, setting up strategic alliances and continuous innovation to deal with shrinking market and multi-channel financing and strengthening internal cost control to deal with the current shortage of funds. Opportunity only belongs to those who have already prepared for it. We should judge the situation more urgently in order to enhance the ability of spending this winter. I hope this article will become a useful reference for high-tech enterprises to deal with this cold winter.
