英文摘要：	In recent years, China's construction industry has continued to develop steadily, but the growth rate of domestic fixed asset investment has slowed down. At the same time, with the continuous development of China's economy, the cost of managing labor resources and other factors is also rising. Although many new investment needs have been created in areas such as infrastructure construction with the support of national policies, they have also placed higher demands on building installation engineering companies. These major factors have contributed to the increasingly fierce competition in the construction and installation engineering industry.Controlled by Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd. and participated in by CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. and CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd., TJP Port and Waterway Engineering Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive construction enterprise with an integration of port and waterway, municipal construction, civil construction, water conservancy and hydropower, mechanical and electrical installation, environmental engineering, tube pile manufacturing and concrete structure precasting, etc. Facing the fierce market competition environment under the new situation, the Company needs to avoid many risk factors of the company's operation and development, formulate a clear development strategy, better cope with the fierce competition in the construction market, and maximize the company's benefits. By combining theory with reality, using literature research methods, field investigation methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and so on, in-depth analysis and analysis in the research process, for the company to develop a development strategy. The conclusion of the study is that the relevant diversification strategy should be selected as the primary direction of the company's strategy, while other strategies can be combined with changes in the internal and external situation of the company as an alternative strategy for the company's future development.
