| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着中国经济快速发展,金融服务业逐步发展壮大,特别是由于经济活动 日益“金融化”,金融人才成为越来越重要的资源。金融服务企业在金融活动 日趋复杂化和信息化的过程中,人力资本的密集度和信息资源的多寡逐渐成为 决定金融企业创造价值的能力以及金融企业生存和发展前景的重要因素。在国 内行业竞争日益激烈的同时,国外同业竞争加剧,导致人才引进难、人才流失 及优秀人才匮乏等问题日益凸显,不仅影响集团自身的战略调整及快速发展, 同时也对整个金融服务业带来一系列的不利影响。 本文通过对 H 集团有限公司(以下简称“H 集团”或“公司”)在发展中出 现的人才管理的问题,以理论基础为依托,运用问卷调研和访谈法来分析人才 管理中存在的不足以及产生的问题。通过企业建立“选人、育人、用人、留人” 的四个方面的不同环节来提出招聘、培训、薪酬福利、绩效管理、人力资源规 划等具体措施。 本文主要运用问卷调研法和访谈法。通过问卷调查和访谈的形式对企业内 部员工进行调研,针对“选人、育人、用人、留人”四个方面进行问题的梳理, 并通过问卷结果进行汇总,为 H 集团在人才管理中存在的问题提供数据支持。 本文的结论有以下几点:首先,人才管理是企业发展的助力,企业如何加 强内部管理水平成为人力资源管理部门的首要目标;其次,在人才管理的过程 中,“选人、育人、用人、留人”四个不同环节是相辅相成的,任何一个环节出 现问题,都会导致人才流失,所以四个环节应该一起规划和完善;最后,企业 所提出的人才管理的完善还需要符合国家政策方向和行业发展趋势,并取得企 业领导的认可和支持,这样才能更好地完善人才管理。 关键词:人力资源;人才管理;人才选育;合理用人 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy, the financial service industry is gradually growing stronger and stronger. In particular, due to the increasingly "financialization" of economic activities, financial talents are increasingly becoming the important resources. In the process of financial activities becoming more and more complicated and informationized, the intensity of human capital and the amount of information resources have gradually become the important factors determining the ability of financial enterprises to create value and the prospects for the survival and development of financial enterprises. In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the domestic industry and intensified competition in the foreign industry, problems such as difficulty in talent introduction, brain drain and shortage of excellent talents have become increasingly prominent, which not only affects the strategic adjustment and rapid development of the group itself, but also brings a series of adverse effects on the whole financial service industry. Based on the theoretical basis, this paper analyzes the deficiencies and problems in talent management of HC group co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "H group" or "company") through questionnaire survey and interview. Specific measures such as recruitment, training, salary and welfare, performance management and human resource planning are proposed through the establishment of different links in the four aspects of "selecting, educating, employing and retaining". This article mainly USES the questionnaire survey method and the interview method. Through questionnaires and interviews, the internal staff of the enterprise were investigated, and the problems in the four aspects of "selection, education, employment and retention" were sorted out. The questionnaire results were summarized to provide data support for the existing problems in the talent management of H group. The conclusion of this paper has the following points: first, talent management is the power of enterprise development, how to strengthen the level of internal management has become the primary goal of human resources management Abstract III department; Secondly, in the process of talent management, the four different links of "selecting, educating, employing and retaining" are complementary to each other.
