中文摘要：	汽车工业是推动国民经济的重要支柱之一，然而，中国汽车市场在经过几十年的飞速发展后已开始进入微增长时代，这使得汽车市场的竞争态势越发激烈，对汽车企业新产品推出质量及研发速度的要求越发严苛。本文从A公司U型轿车产品开发项目进度拖期问题入手，运用现代管理学理念进行分析研究，解决其进度管理问题，提高进度管理能力，使A公司更好地适应当前汽车市场的竞争环境并满足一汽集团对研发工作的要求。 本文采用理论结合实际的研究方法，在介绍现代项目管理及进度管理方面相关理论知识基础上，以A公司U型轿车产品研发项目作为研究主体。通过对A公司U型轿车产品研发项目进度拖期问题的分析研究，寻找解决A公司项目进度管理问题的对策。以U型轿车产品研发项目的管理过程作为实例，在对现存进度管理问题分析的基础上提出相应的进度管理方案，进而阐述具体执行项目进度管理方案的过程，最终通过对U型轿车产品研发项目进度管理实际运行情况的分析，验证相关方案的实施效果并提出项目进度管理所需的保障措施。 通过对A公司U型轿车产品研发项目在进度管理上的研究，在具体产品研发项目中成功地运用了现代项目管理理论，不仅顺利的解决了A公司在项目进度管理上的问题，也为其他汽车企业在解决进度管理方面问题时提供了可供借鉴的研究思路；同时，通过对汽车行业产品研发工作进度管理的研究，验证项目进度管理理论之余，也丰富了其研究内容，为项目进度管理理论的完善提供了素材。
英文摘要：	The automobile industry is one of the important pillars to promote the national economy. However, after decades of rapid development, China's automobile market has begun to enter the era of micro-growth, which makes the competition in the automobile market more and more fierce and imposes more and more stringent requirements on the quality and speed of new products launched by automobile enterprises. This thesis investigates and analyzes the tardiness problem of the product research and development projects of U-shaped car of A company, using modern management idea, solve the problem of schedule management and improve the schedule management ability, make the A company better adapt to the current automobile market competition environment and meet the requirements of research and development work of FAW group. This thesis adopts the research method of combining theory with practice, introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of modern project management and schedule management, and takes the research subject of the product research and development projects of U-shaped car of A company. Through the analysis and research of the schedule delay problems of the product research and development projects of U-shaped car of A company, find solutions to A company's project schedule management problems. Using the schedule management of the product research and development projects of U-shaped car as an example, put forward the corresponding schedule management plan based on the analysis of the problems of the existing schedule management, and then expounds the specific implementation process of the project schedule management plan, finally through the analysis of the schedule management of the product research and development projects of U-shaped car actual operation situation, verify the implementation effect of the relevant management plan and raise the necessary safeguards of the project schedule management. Through the research on project schedule management of the product research and development projects of U-shaped car of company A, apply modern project management theory in specific product research and development projects successfully, not only solved the A company's problem on the project schedule management smoothly, also provide a referential research method in solving the problem of schedule management to other car companies; at the same time, through the research on the schedule management of product research and development project in the automobile industry, not only verify the project schedule management theory, but also enrich its research content, providing material for the improvement of the project schedule management theory.
