中文摘要：	改革开放诞生了中国第一批以企业家为主的高净值人群，随着中国经济的持续成长，带来了高净值家庭数量和财富体量的快速积累。在十年以前，我国的高净值群体规模还不大，如今呈现出逐年增加的态势，2018年底相关统计数据显示，我国高净值人数已经超过了180万。伴随中国创富一代逐渐步入退休阶段，中国高净值家庭财富传承需求日渐凸显。专业化和机构化是未来家族传承的重要发展趋势，在面对不断增长的家族财富管理和家族财富传承服务需求上，相较于建立自有团队所需投入的时间和精力，专业的第三方机构显然更有优势，未来的潜力和接受度将会持续提高。在专业的第三方机构中，家族办公室和信托机构是两种最主要的机构。信托是目前家族传承市场中利用较为广泛的金融工具，而家族办公室则是升级版的全能“管家”，针对企业家的个性化需求，高度定制出一整套家族传承服务体系。 本文通过文献研究与H财富管理公司现场调研等方式，对目前H财富管理公司的主要产品、服务内容与专业流程进行调查研究；通过对调研资料的整理和分析，总结了H财富管理公司进行高净值客户家族财富传承服务的优势以及面临的挑战。基于对H财富管理公司财富传承服务现状的分析，本文提出了家族财富传承服务策略，即：打造良好的服务平台、建设高素质的人才队伍和提高专业化水平、学习借鉴国外的财富传承先进经验、完善家族办公室的服务工作、积极推进多元化增值服务。 本文将相关资料进行了收集和整理，对一些重大研究进行了分析，采用比较分析的方法、实例分析的方法等多种途径对课题进行了论证。还借助于万方数据库、浏览器等网络资源及图书馆资源，对高净值人群的家族财富传承服务方面的研究文献进行了阅读，在已有的研究成果基础上，结合国内外最新的理论成果，进一步对相关问题进行了解和研究，对本篇论文的创作提供了科学的依据。
英文摘要：	The reform and opening up gave birth to China's first group of high net worth individuals, mainly entrepreneurs. With the continuous growth of China's economy, the number of high net worth families and the rapid accumulation of wealth volume have been brought about. Ten years ago, the scale of China's high net worth group was not large, but now it shows a trend of increasing year by year. Relevant statistics at the end of 2018 show that the number of high net worth people in China has exceeded 1.8 million. As China's generation of wealth creators gradually enters the retirement stage, the need for inheriting wealth from high-net-worth families in China has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the implementation of family wealth inheritance service and family trust in China is full of challenges. Professionalization and institutionalization are important development trends of family inheritance in the future. In the face of the growing demand for family wealth management and family wealth inheritance services, compared with the time and energy required to establish their own teams, professional third-party institutions are obviously more advantageous, and their potential and acceptance will continue to improve in the future. Family offices and trusts are the two main types of professional third-party institutions. Trust is a widely used financial instrument in the current family inheritance market, and family office is an upgraded all-around "butler", which highly customizes a set of family inheritance service system according to the personalized needs of entrepreneurs. In this paper, the main products, service contents and professional processes of H wealth management company are investigated and studied by means of literature research and on-site investigation of H wealth management company. By sorting out and analyzing the research data, the paper summarizes the advantages and challenges of H wealth management company in providing family wealth inheritance services for high-net-worth clients. Based on H wealth management, service management present situation analysis, this paper puts forward the family wealth transfer service management strategy, namely: to build a good service platform, build a contingent of high-caliber personnel and improve the level of specialization, learning advanced wealth of heritage institutions at home and abroad, improve the family office services, actively promote diversified value-added services. This paper collects and sorts out the relevant data, analyzes some important researches, and demonstrates the subject by means of comparative analysis and case analysis.Also use a database of ten thousand, the browser and other network resources and library resources, family wealth inheritance of high net worth population research literature reading, on the basis of existing research results, combined with the latest theoretical achievements of home and abroad, further to understand and study the relevant problems, to the creation of this paper provides a scientific basis.
