| 中文摘要: | 由于企业文化的概念在现代管理中被提出,企业文化的研究和学习越来越受到学者和企业的关注,企业文化逐渐成为企业管理中的重要课题。通过分析主要的成功组织和企业,不难发现所有成功的公司都有良好的企业文化来保护他们的发展。 美国哈佛大学的约翰.科特教授和詹姆斯.赫斯克特教授已经研究了11年,研究的结果表明:无论东西方文化差异与理论发展阶段有多么不同,都有一个共同的看法,那就是企业文化在企业管理中变得越来越重要了。 但是,除了那些成功的大型组织和企业外,企业文化在大量中小企业中扮演什么角色?由于公司的规模和阶段不同,是否会削弱企业文化的作用和影响力?中小企业在企业文化发展中到底遇到了什么问题?这些企业到底应该如何建立自己的企业文化? 本文以Z基金公司为例,结合自己过往的经验,并且结合在经营企业过程中遇到的情况作为案例研究,再深入调查和了解了企业文化在Z基金公司中的作用,研究和分析了Z基金公司企业文化建设中出现的具体问题,并且结合z基金公司的实际情况,给出了其企业文化建设具体的构建策略,具体包括人才储备策略、人才培养策略、产品开发策略以及企业远景构建策略,并且得出了类似的结论: 在中小企业发展过程中,企业文化的形成和建立也是一个自我充实和自我建构的过程。作为企业文化的核心组成部分,使命愿景价值观对最终企业文化的建立和沉淀具有非常积极的指导作用,也会助力企业的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the concept of corporate culture was put forward in modern management, the research and study of corporate culture has been paid more and more attention by scholars and enterprises. Corporate culture has gradually become an important topic in management. Professor John Cotter and Professor James Heskert of Harvard University have studied for 11 years. The results of the study show that no matter how different the cultural differences between the East and the West and the theoretical development stage, there is a common view that corporate culture has become more and more important in enterprise management. But what role does corporate culture play in a large number of SMEs, apart from successful large organizations and companies? Because of the size and stage of the company, will it weaken the role and influence of corporate culture? What problems have SMEs encountered in the development of corporate culture? How should these companies establish their own corporate culture? By analyzing the major successful organizations and enterprises, it is not difficult to find that all successful companies have an excellent corporate culture to protect their development. However, apart from those successful large organizations and enterprises, what role does corporate culture play in a larger number of SMEs? Is there a weakening of the role and influence of corporate culture due to the different scales and stages of the company? How should small and medium-sized enterprises build their own corporate culture? This article takes Z fund company as an example, combines its past experience, and combines the situation encountered in the process of operating enterprises as a case study, and then deeply investigates and attains information about the role of corporate culture in Z fund companies.This paper researches and analyzes the specific problems in the corporate culture construction of Z fund company, and combines the actual situation of z fund company to give the concrete construction strategy of its corporate culture construction, including talent reserve strategy, talent training strategy, product development strategy and the strategy of building enterprise vision and draws similar conclusions: In the process of SME development, the formation and establishment of corporate culture is also a process of self-enrichment and self-construction. As a core component of corporate culture, mission vision values have a positive guiding role in the establishment and precipitation of the final corporate culture.
