中文摘要:摘要企业人力资源管理的核心是通过激励体系的建立,保证激励过程中的良性循环,实现人尽其才。激励,对员工能力的发挥具有明显的促进作用,合理并适合企业发展的激励机制能为企业创造更大的价值。本文中以物业企业HXLH公司为研究对象,分析并诊断出了企业在激励机制上存在的问题,从企业实际情况出发,设计和构建了合理、科学、适合本企业发展的激励机制,达到激励员工,帮助员工实现个人价值,助益企业发展的目的,最终实现企业效率与效益的双赢。论文有六个部分:第一章论述了本文选题背景与研究意义。第二章综述相关激励理论,主要包括论文研究中用到的双因素理论、需求层次论等,通过对相关激励理论应用的论述,阐明激励机制改进的理论依据。第三章分析了HXLH公司员工激励机制现状与存在问题,研究重点是对存在问题的原因进行分析,以便找到改进的路径。第四章提出了公司员工激励机制的改进方案的研究结果,。从绩效、薪酬、荣誉、学习成长、长期激励等多个角度、多个层次对HXLH公司目前的激励机制提出了具体的指导方案。第五章论述了实施此激励机制改进方案实施的保障措施。研究重点在激励机制的组织保障、资源保障和制度保障的整体构想和实施措施。第六章对论文的创新点和不足之处,以及未来发展的展望进行了分析。论文的主要研究路线是针对HXLH一家公司,进行深入的研究,同时尽量放宽视野,结合国内外研究的重要成果和物业行业的内外的实际情况,通过对公司的激励机制现有体系的剖析和逐一诊断,分析并发现问题,再针对问题研究并提出有的放矢的改进方案,从而为企业提供给有实际意义的帮助。关键词:HXLH公司;激励机制;薪酬激励;绩效考核;保障措施 
英文摘要:Abstract The establishment of the motivational system is the key in human resource management in an organisation. Employees can maximise their potentials and abilities through a positive motivational circulation. Motivation has an obvious function to facilitate and to boost employees’ capabilities. Hence, using the motivational system rationally may generate larger profits and values to the organisation. This thesis will take HXLH property management company as a case study, researching and analysing existed problems of their motivational system. The essay will initially consider the actual situation of HXLH. Then, a more rational, considerable and a suitable motivational system will be considered since it will help HXLH to motivate employees and to achieve personal values. It also benefits the organisation’s development, helps the organisation to reach a ‘win-win’ environment. The organisation will ultimately be profitable and efficient. This thesis has six chapters; Chapter one explains the research background and the purpose of the research; Chapter two is a literature review which summarises relative motivational theories,such as two factor theory, Maslow's hierarchy of need etc. Those theories be used as evidence to interpret and to explain the motivational system. Chapter three analyses the existed problem of HXLH’s motivational system; Chapter four proposes the altered and detailed motivational system from multiple angles and layers; such as, performance, salary, bonus , study route and long-term motivational system. Chapter five discusses supporting measures to implement the altered motivational system; the main research point is the constructed idealism and accurate implementation upon motivational system’s construction, resource and policy. Chapter six reflects creativities and deficiencies of this essay, it will also mastermind future plans and developments. In conclusion, this thesis will deeply analyse HXLH, however, more researches in property management industry will take into account. Hence, diagnosing and analysing the motivational system will eventually provide words with meanings for organisation.
