| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着领导学理论的不断丰富和完善,关于领导力研究的层次和水平越来越高,这是由当下社会的需求所决定的。随着现代企业制度不断完善和现代企业管理机制不断健全,关于领导力的评价越来越客观和公正,人们也习惯通过对领导者领导力评价来界定领导者的职业能力。因此,对于领导力的研究,具有较强的实际性。论文选取女性领导者女性领导力作为研究对象,通过深入剖析影响女性领导者能力发挥的社会因素和环境因素等方面,旨在找出女性领导者在发挥女性领导力方面所具有的优势和所受到的阻碍,从而指导女性领导者在实际工作中如何发挥自身的优势,克服存在的阻碍,使得女性领导力得到较大的职业发展,从而提高工作效率,赢得更多的社会尊重和认可,以致促进社会进步,发挥女性潜能。 论文首先详细分析了论文研究的背景与意义以及研究方法,通过对领导力和女性领导力国内外相关学者的研究进行综述,提出论文在研究过程当中,选取狭义的女性领导力概念进行阐述,主要是指女性领导者在特定的情境下,充分运用自身的能力或其他外界资源能力,从而实施对组织的领导、协调、调配等操作,使得组织能够发挥出最大的效能和作用,做出较大的成就;其次,论文从女性领导力的意志力量、女性领导力的管理力量和女性领导力的魅力力量三个方面阐述了女性领导力的优势特征,分析了来自社会、企业和个人的障碍,指出组织障碍、人际障碍主要是来源于外部,即来自于外在环境或者他人,个人障碍强调的是女性自身存在的不足或缺陷;最后,论文指出女性领导者自身需采取的措施、企业层面应采取的对策和从社会环境层面应采取的对策,并以北京WK公司的陈总作为研究对象,指出陈总在职业发展当中的优势和存在的阻碍,并提出陈总的领导力提升对策。 关键词:女性企业家;职业发展;领导力;柔性管理 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the enrichment and perfection of leadership theory, the level and level of leadership research is getting higher and higher, which is determined by the needs of the current society. With the continuous improvement of modern enterprise system and modern enterprise management mechanism, in the career development the evaluation of leadership has become more objective and fair. People are also accustomed to defining the ability of leaders through leadership evaluation. Therefore, the study of leadership has strong practicality. This thesis chooses female leaders as the research object, through in-depth analysis of social and environmental factors affecting the ability of female leaders, aiming to find out the advantages and obstacles of female leaders in giving full play to female leadership, It enables women's leadership to develop more professionally, thus increasing work efficiency and winning more social respect and recognition, so as to promote social progress and realize women's potential. Firstly, the thesis analyses the background and significance of the research and the research methods in detail. Through reviewing the research on leadership and female leadership by scholars at home and abroad, the thesis puts forward that in the research process, the thesis chooses the narrow concept of female leadership to elaborate, mainly referring to the female Leaders'ability to make full use of their own abilities or other external resources in a specific situation. Strength, so as to implement the operation of leadership, coordination and deployment of the organization, so that the organization can play its greatest role and make greater achievements; Secondly, the thesis elaborates the advantages of women's leadership from three aspects: the will power of women's leadership, the management power of women's leadership and the charm power of women's leadership, and analyses the advantages of women's leadership from society, enterprises and individuals. Human barriers, pointing out that organizational barriers, interpersonal barriers mainly come from the outside, that is, from the external environment or others, personal barriers emphasize the shortcomings or defects of women themselves; Finally, the thesis points out the measures that women leaders themselves need to take, the countermeasures that should be taken at the enterprise level and the countermeasures that should be taken from the social environment level, and takes Chen Zuoju of Beijing WK Company as an example. As the research object, it points out the advantages and obstacles of Chen Zong in her career development, and puts forward Chen Zong's promotion countermeasures.
