中文摘要：	资产管理公司以不良资产处置做为主营业务，不良资产处置行业的蓬勃发展，对于化解银行系统的金融风险起到了重要的作用，但是，市场竞争的加剧又反过来影响到资产管理公司特别是处于终端的民营资产管理公司的生存和发展。民间借贷作为银行等金融系统的有效补充，对于我国中小微企业的发展、个人生活水平的提高以及地方经济的繁荣起到了重要的作用，但民间借贷由于出借人在风险意识、法律意识等方面的不足，产生了大量的坏账和纠纷，如果不能有效降低民间借贷的风险，就会影响到民间借贷市场的良性发展，同时还可能会影响到社会和金融秩序的稳定。本文从上述问题切入，以 MY 公司为研究对象，针对民营资产管理公司的不良资产处置业务向民间借贷市场延伸进行可行性分析，并构造了具体的业务运营模式进行探索研究。本文以章为单位共分成了六个部分：第一章是对本文研究背景和选题意义的介绍；第二章对研究对象的概念进行了清晰的界定，以避免在信息传输过程中因理解的不同而产生偏差，并对研究中所应用到的理论进行了解释，对研究中所参考的部分文献的观点做了简述；第三章是对 MY 资产管理公司的介绍，详细说明了金融机构不良资产处置市场的发展状况以及对 MY 公司业务经营的影响；第四章论述了 MY 公司对不良资产处置市场的细分方法、对目标市场的选择以及业务开展模式；第五章论述了 MY 公司处置民间借贷不良资产业务所面临的法律风险和应对策略；第六章阐述了研究结论和相关建议，同时也剖析了研究的局限性和不足的地方，并展望了研究主题与现实结合的前景。
英文摘要：	The asset management company is mainly engaged in the disposal of non-performing assets. The booming development of the non-performing asset disposal industry has played an important role in resolving the financial risks of the banking system. However, the ntensification of market competition has affected asset management companies in turn, especially the private asset management ompanies at the terminal. As an effective supplement to the financial system such as banks, private lending has played an important role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, the improvement of personal living standards and the prosperity of local economy. However, lenders are lack of the risk awareness and legal awareness ，resulting in a large number of bad debts and disputes. If the risk of private lending can’t be effectively resolved, it will affect the healthy development of the private lending market, and may also affect the stability of social and financial order. This paper takes MY company as the research object, analyzing the feasibility of the private asset management company's non-performing asset disposal business to participate in the private lending market, and constructing a specific business operation mode for research. This article is divided into six parts by chapter: the first chapter introduces the research background and the meaning of the topic; the second chapter clearly defines the concept of the research object to avoid misunderstanding in the process of information transmission, explains the theory applied in the research, and introduces the views of some documents referenced in the research. The third chapter is an introduction of MY Asset Management Company, detailing the status of the non-performing asset disposal market and its impact on the business operation of MY Company. The fourth chapter discusses the MY company's subdivision method for the non-performing asset disposal market, the selection of the target market and the business development model. The fifth chapter discusses the legal risks and coping strategies faced by non-profit lending assets are handled. The sixth chapter expounds the research conclusions and related recommendations, and also analyzes the limitations and shortcomings of the research, and looks forward to the prospect of combining research themes with reality.
