中文摘要: | 随着时代的发展,项目管理在各个领域上的应用越来越广泛,各企业也更加重视其在研发领域的运用。H公司是一家主营天线产品设计方案以及生产的公司。天线产品研发项目管理不仅包括研发过程的管理,还包括项目前期的招投标工作、可行性分析工作、项目的整体计划以及采购、生产、质量等各环节的全流程管理工作。而H公司是一家技术型的公司,它以天线的研发技术为主导。从研发领域进行问题的分析及优化,可以最有效地解决H公司天线产品研发项目存在的问题。 本文根据H公司的特点,运用文献研究法、观察调查研究法和个案研究法,从公司、部门和人员三个角度,提出H公司在天线产品研发项目管理过程中存在的问题。通过对公司天线产品研发项目的案例进行分析,利用国内外先进的项目管理和研发管理方法,对天线产品研发项目管理提出优化和解决的方案。主要包括优化公司管理架构、提高信息反馈和签审效率、完善部门协调和资源统一机制以及加强项目经理和研发人员能力的优化方案。从组织、制度和资源环境三个方面为优化方案提供了实施的保障。其中包括组建项目团队和调整组织结构的方法来完成组织保障;增加培训制度、绩效考核制度和授权制度来完成制度保障;增加软硬件的资源保障以及增强团队建设企业文化的环境保障。本论文是将天线产品研发项目管理中的研发过程作为切入点,所有的项目管理过程以研发为核心,最终实现整个项目的提升。 | |
英文摘要: | With the development of the times, project management has become more and more widely used in various fields, enterprises also pay more attention to its application in R&D field.H Company is a company which mainly deals in the design and production of antenna products. The project management of antenna products research and development includes not only R&D management, but also the pre-project bidding work, feasibility analysis work, overall project plan, and the whole process management of procurement, production,quality and other aspects.H company is a technical company, which is led by antenna research and development technology.Analyzing and optimizing the problems in R&D field can solve the problems in H company's antenna product R&D project most effectively. This thesis according to the characteristics of H company,using the methods of literature research, investigation and case study to put forward the problems in the project management of antenna product R&D of H company from three perspectives of company, department and personnel.Through the case analysis of H company's antenna product R&D project, using the advanced project management and R&D management methods all around the world, the optimization and solution of antenna product R&D project are put forward. It mainly includes optimizing the company's management structure, increasing the efficiency of information feedback and signing, improving the mechanism of department coordination and resource unification, and enhancing the ability of project managers and researchers and developers. From three aspects of organization, system and resource environment, the implementation of the optimization scheme is guaranteed. It includes the method of organizational guarantee by setting up project team and adjusting organizational structure; improving training system, performance appraisal system and authorization system to complete system guarantee; increasing the resource guarantee of software and hardware, and enhancing the environmental guarantee of corporate culture.In this thesis, the research and development process of antenna product R&D project is taken as a breakthrough point.All process of project management take R&D as the core,and ultimately achieve the promotion of the whole project. | |
