| 中文摘要: | 随着近几年居民消费水平的不断提升,消费结构的不断转变,我国居民的汽车普及率逐年上升。大家在关心汽车行情的同时,也通常较高的关注汽车质量,这一点在车用产品方面尤为突出。与国内其他产品类似,中国车用产品质量还有待进一步加强。虽然目前汽车行业发展境况较为良好,但如果其不注重产品质量,未来也终将走向衰败。质量是21世纪的代言词,当人们的生活质量得到提升,其对汽车的需求量也随之增加,而车用产品的质量关乎驾驶人员的生命财产安全不容小觑。随着市场趋于理性,单位若是想赢得长久的发展就更应该关注工程项目质量,而对于消费者来说也会把口碑好、销量高、质量好的项目产品作为购买目标,因此更应该加强对车用产品研发项目的质量把关。本文以C企业车载辅助驾驶系统研发项目为例,介绍了项目的基本情况和产品特点,通过对相关类似项目出现的质量问题为切入点,归纳、分类、研究相关因素。其次,对与工程项目研制以及试制有关的所有因素进行研究分析,并制定出有效的管理方案。具体而言,本文主要包括六个方面内容,第一部分是绪论,主要阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法和研究内容;第二部分是相关理论回顾,对项目质量管理相关理论进行梳理,阐述项目质量管理及质量控制的产生和发展,质量管理的发展历程及代表人物及项目质量控制与产品质量控制,梳理了国内外关于汽车辅助驾驶系统相关研究成果;第三部分是对C企业车载驾驶系统研发项目进行具体分析,分析C企业车载驾驶系统研发项目质量控制的原则和思路,深入剖析C企业车载驾驶系统研发项目质量控制存在的问题;第四部分是C企业车载驾驶系统研发项目质量因素控制,从项目质量管理中人的因素、项目机械与材料管理及项目方法与环境控制三个方面来阐述C企业车载驾驶系统研发项目质量控制;第五部分是C企业车载驾驶系统研发项目质量过程控制,从项目研发阶段、项目试制阶段及项目验收阶段提出项目质量过程控制策略;第六部分是结论与展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous improvement of residents' consumption level and the continuous transformation of consumption structure in recent years, the automobile penetration rate of Chinese residents has been rising year by year. When people are concerned about the automobile market, they usually pay more attention to the automobile quality, which is especially reflected in the automobile products. Similar to other domestic products, the quality of Chinese auto products needs to be further improved. If x industry is developing well at present, but if it does not pay attention to product quality, it will eventually decline.Quality is the representative word of the 21st century, when people's quality of life has been improved, the demand for cars has also increased, the quality of car products is related to the safety of the driver's life and property can not be underestimated. As the market tends to be rational, if the unit wants to win long-term development, it should pay more attention to the quality of engineering projects. For consumers, they will also take the project products with good reputation, high sales volume and good quality as the purchase orientation. Therefore, the quality control of vehicle product research and development projects should be strengthened. This thesis takes the C enterprise vehicle-assisted driving system research and development project as an example, introduces the basic situation and product characteristics of the project, and summarizes, classifies and studies related factors through the quality problems arising from related similar projects. Secondly, research and analyze all the factors related to the development and trial production of engineering projects, and develop an effective management plan. Specifically, this thesis mainly includes six aspects. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the research background, research significance, research methods and research contents of this thesis. The second part is the review of relevant theories, and sorts out the related theories of project quality management. Explain the production and development of project quality management and quality control, the development history of quality management and representative personnel and project quality control and product quality control, and sort out relevant research on automobile assisted driving system at home and abroad; the third part is on vehicle C The auxiliary driving system research and development project is analyzed, the C enterprise vehicle driving system research and development project is analyzed in detail, the principles and ideas of the quality control of the C enterprise vehicle driving system research and development project are analyzed, and the problems existing in the quality control of the C enterprise vehicle driving system research and development project are deeply analyzed; The fourth part is the quality factor control of C enterprise vehicle driving system R&D project.
