| 中文摘要: | 在经济高速发展、建筑施工技术日新月异的今天,不管是从莫斯科到中东,还是从上海到旧金山,一座座超高层建筑的地标性建筑屹立于世界各大城市,且越来越多、越来越高。这种全球性的趋势正在续写建筑发展史的辉煌。同样,中国的建筑也正在延续着这种氛围,一幢幢超高层建筑如雨后春笋般在大江南北拔地而起,但与此同时,其“高、大、新、尖、特”的设计造型给施工生产安全带来了挑战。超高层建筑施工有高、长、密三方面特点:“高”指高度高。超高层建筑施工项目工程量大、技术复杂,露天、高空作业多,平行流水、立体交叉作业多,对高空安全防护要求严;“长”指施工周期长。一般高层项目施工工期在3-5年,跨越冬季和雨季,冬、雨期季节性施工工效低,易发生由于赶工出现安全隐患,对施工组织设计及工期安排要求高。“密”指高层项目施工工序多、配合复杂,新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备应用多,施工准备工作量大,基坑支护和地基处理复杂,施工用地周边环境复杂,给施工安全管理带来很大的困难和风险。结合天津GY施工的特点,如何做好天津GY项目安全生产工作?如何做好安全风险管理?如何深入探讨天津GY项目的安全风险管理方法和措施?具有重要的意义。本文基于当前社会的建设项目安全风险管理理论,并结合天津GY项目建筑工程的特点,以天津GY项目建筑工程安全风险分析与识别→安全风险评价→安全风险应对和监督这一研究思路来展开,系统阐述项目安全风险分析、识别、评价以及应对和监督全过程,是本文的重点研究内容。 本文从六个章节来对建设项目安全风险管理方法进行研究,第一章节为绪论部分,讲述研究项目安全风险管理的目的、内容和方法等内容;第二章就建设项目安全风险管理的相关理论展开了论述;从第三章开始是文章的重点研究部分,结合建设项目案例论述项目安全风险识别、安全风险评价、以及安全风险应对和监督等内容,第六章为结论部分,对全文进行了总结和展望。 | |
