| 中文摘要: | 企业单纯依靠自身优势已无法应对日趋激烈的市场竞争,未来是生态圈与生态圈的竞争。企业与企业联合,协同创造价值,自身优势与外部优势结合,才能面对愈发激烈的市场竞争。阿里巴巴、百度、小米、苹果等巨头为首的成熟生态圈,以自身为核心,构建了一个个庞大的生态系统。初创企业在生态圈林立的商业市场寻求发展,有两条路可以选择,其一是加入已有生态圈,成为他们的一环,其二是自建生态圈,谋求差异化发展。 本文研究的案例是针对细分市场的小型生态圈建设,在大企业还未涉足的细分领域,是初创型企业发展的契机。随着校园经济市场规模的不断扩大,使校园市场成为各个品牌的兵家必争之地。有校公司作为一家初创型企业,对校园经济生态圈的建设进行了一系列的探索。 本文试图以有校公司为例,分析有校公司的内外部竞争环境,结合其自身优劣势,深入剖析校园经济生态圈建设的建设思路以及其商业模式,进一步提出建设校园经济生态圈的实施保障。首先,本文对有校公司的探索历程以及运营模式进行汇总整理,进而结合其公开资料和第三方数据研究机构披露数据等资料,利用PEST模型分析工具、波特五力模型分析工具、SWOT模型分析工具分析有校公司内外部竞争环境。而后针对有校公司提出的校园经济生态圈,对其商业模式画布以及商业模式维度进行分析。本文最后针对有校公司的校园经济生态圈建设,提出实施保障措施。 有校公司的校园经济生态圈建设是初创型企业应对市场竞争的一次尝试,本文希望为有校公司生态圈建设带来一定的借鉴意义,更希望通过本文的研究,为小企业的发展模式带来参考。图29幅,表3个,参考文献43篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Enterprises relying on their own advantages can no longer cope with the increasingly fierce market competition. The competition in future is between different ecological circles. To face increasingly fierce market competition, Enterprises must jointly create value, and combine their own advantages with external advantages. A mature ecosystem led by giants such as Alibaba, Baidu, Xiaomi and Apple has built a huge ecosystem with itself as the core. There are two ways for start-ups to seek development in the commercial market where the ecosystem is built. One is to join the existing ecosystem and become a part of them. The other is to build a new ecosystem and seek differentiated development. The case study in this paper is aimed at the construction of small-scale ecological circle in the market segment. It is an opportunity for the development of start-up enterprises in the segmentation areas that large enterprises have not yet entered. With the continuous expansion of the campus economic market, the campus market has become a battleground for individual brands. As a start-up company, Youxiao Company has conducted a series of explorations on the construction of the campus economic ecosystem. This paper attempts to analyze the internal and external competition environment of Youxiao Company .With Youxiao Company company as an example, and combine its own advantages and disadvantages to deeply analyze the construction ideas of the campus economic ecosystem and its business model, and further propose the implementation of the construction of the campus economic ecosystem. First of all, this paper summarizes the exploration process and operation mode of the company, and combines its public data and third-party data research institutions to disclose data and other materials, using PEST model analysis tools, Porter's five-force model analysis tools, and SWOT model analysis. The tool analyzes the internal and external competitive environment of the school. Then, for the campus economic ecosystem proposed by Youxiao Company, the business model canvas and business model dimensions were analyzed. At the end of this paper, the implementation of safeguard measures is proposed for the construction of the campus economic ecosystem of the school. The campus economic ecosystem construction of Youxiao Company is an attempt of start-up enterprises to cope with market competition. Author hopes to bring some reference significance to the construction of the campus community's ecological circle, and hopes to use this research to develop the development model of small enterprises.
