中文摘要:继连续三年高速增长之后,平行进口车市场于 2018 年在进口总量和市场销售总量方面双双缩水。由于是行业政策集中过渡年,加之受复杂多变的国际经济形势影响,平行进口车企业可谓是面临多重挑战的一年。那么在充分了解国内外宏观经济形势和各项支持政策和产品的背景下,如何制定出能使企业获取可持续性竞争优势的竞争战略,成为当前所有平行进口车企业面临的重要课题。 本文以浩物机电公司的竞争战略研究为题,首先通过文献研究梳理,初步了解本领域的研究近况,同时对竞争战略理论和分析方法,包括 PEST 分析法、波特五力模型、SWOT 分析法等,进行了深入研究。然后运用这些分析方法对浩物机电公司在经营平行进口车业务方面的发展现状、内部条件以及优势和劣势等进行了充分分析,同时又对其所处的宏观战略环境、行业竞争环境以及所面临的外部机会与威胁等分别进行了详细分析。接下来,将差异化、成本领先、目标集中这三大基础竞争战略分别结合浩物机电公司实况进行了分析研究,再通过 SWOT 矩阵和公司运营数据实况做进一步对比研究,最终制定出差异化竞争战略。然后围绕着新战略提出了三步走的战略实施及三方面的实施保障。最后对文章做出总结和展望。 本文主要的创新之处在于将竞争战略理论及分析方法应用于平行进口车行业分析实践及浩物机电公司的竞争战略研究实践,通过对浩物机电公司内外部环境进行充分分析,进而因地制宜地提出了差异化竞争战略,并在充分利用浩物机电公司资源的基础上提出了三步走的战略实施及三方面的实施保障。此外,本文还将有关平行进口车近几年出台的主要法规政策脉络进行了梳理,以便后续研究者参考。本文通过对浩物机电公司的竞争战略研究实践,为平行进口车企业提供了一个具体可行的竞争战略选择及分析架构,希望能为同行业其他经营企业在选择或制定符合其自身发展优势的竞争战略具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要:After three years of rapid growth, the parallel imported car market shrank in both total imports and total market sales in 2018. As a transitional year of industrial policy concentration and affected by the complex and volatile international economic situation, the parallel imported car enterprises have faced multiple challenges. Therefore, in the context of fully understanding the domestic and foreign macro-economic situation and various supporting policies, how to formulate a competitive strategy that enables enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantages has become an important issue faced by parallel imported automobile enterprises. This paper takes the research on the competitive strategy of haowu electromechanical company as the topic. First of all, through literature review, the paper has a preliminary understanding of the research status in this field. At the same time, it has conducted in-depth research on the competitive strategy theory and analysis methods, including PEST analysis, porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. Then, these analysis methods are used to fully analyze the development status, internal conditions, advantages and disadvantages of haowu electromechanical company. in the operation of parallel imported car business, as well as detailed analysis of its macro strategic environment, industrial competitive environment and external opportunities and threats. Next, the three basic competitive strategies of differentiation, cost leadership and goal concentration were analyzed and studied respectively in combination with the actual situation of haowu electromechanical company, and further comparative study was made through SWOT matrix and company operation data, and finally the differentiated competitive strategy was formulated. Then it puts forward three steps of strategic implementation and three aspects of implementation guarantee around the new strategy. Finally, the article summarizes and prospects. In this paper, the main innovation lies in the competitive strategy theory and analysis method applied in analyzing line imported cars industry practice and haowu electromechanical company competition strategy research, practice, through to the gallant sufficient mechanical and electrical company internal and external environment analysis, and then adjust measures to local conditions to put forward differentiation competitive strategy, And on the basis of making full use of the advantageous resources of haowu electromechanical company, it puts forward the three-step strategy implementation and three-aspect implementation guarantee. Through the research and practice of the competitive strategy of haowu electromechanical company, this paper provides a specific and feasible competitive strategy selection and analysis framework for the parallel imported automobile enterprises, hoping to provide some reference value for other operating enterprises in the same industry in selecting or formulating competitive strategies that conform to their own development advantages.
