中文摘要:当今全球的商业人士都在热衷于研究丰田模式,以构建卓越的价值流程、形成可持续发展理念,打造持续改善和创新的学习型组织。丰田模式4P模型(理念(Philosophy)、伙伴(Partners)、流程(Process)、问题解决(Problem solving))引得众多行业,尤其是制造业竞相效仿。丰田模式4P模型作为一种企业精益管理理念,实际上不仅仅适用于制造业,在ITM(信息技术管理)中同样值得去进行探索实践和研究。在本篇文章中,笔者只探讨了丰田模式4P模型中的一个层级——流程,着重于其技术性原则,以中远海运散运IT系统开发运维流程管理改进为例,为打造持续交付模式的“IT价值流”的理想目标,重点研究了流程构建的设计方案和管理改进实施步骤的可行性。中远海运散运IT团队可以通过有效的价值流构建和实施,全体IT人员,包括产品经理、开发人员、质量管理人员、运维人员、信息安全人员能够相互协作,朝着共同的目标努力,从计划制定开始,到产品和服务如期高质量上线,建立稳定运行的端到端的快速交付流水线,避免出现混乱、尽量减少中断次数。实现快速开发、测试和部署代码,安全、稳定的向客户交付的理想解决方案,以帮助公司主营业务在市场竞争中取得优势。实际上,丰田模式4P模型的每一个层级对于精益管理目标的实现都是不可或缺的,多种模式共同作用和促进,方能产生最优效果,这也是笔者后续学习研究的努力方向。 
英文摘要:Business people around the world today are keen to study the Toyota Way,to build an excellent value stream, form the concept of sustainable development, and to build a learning organization with continuous improvement and innovation. Many industries, manufacturing, in particular, are interested in research the Toyota Way of 4P(Philosophy, Partners, Process, Problem solving). As a kind of enterprise lean management concept, the Toyota Way of 4P not only applies to the manufacturing sector, but also to other industries, such as ITM( information technology management). In this paper, the author only researched one level of the Toyota Way of 4P —PROCESS, as technical principles, a case study of the improvement of IT system design and implementation in COSCO Shipping bulk Co., LTD. To Create an ideal goal of IT valve stream with continuous delivery. The design scheme of process construction and the feasibility of the implementation steps of management improvement are emphatically studied. The IT R&D team in COSCO Shipping bulk Co. can build and implement through an effective valve stream, help all partners, including product managers, program engineers, quality managers, operation and maintenance engineers, information security engineers to improve coordination among the same goals. Start with a plan, establishing a fast end-to-end delivery stream for stable operation, minimizing confusion and interruptions. To realize rapid development of test and deployment code, safe and stable to the customer delivery of the ideal solution. To help the company's core business in the market competition to gain advantages. As a matter of fact, each level of the Toyota Way is indispensable to the achievement of lean management goals, for the optimal results, multiple models should work and promote together. This is also the direction of future study to the author of this paper.
