| 中文摘要: | 天然气作为新兴能源,具备清洁、高效等优点,目前我国政府为天然气的发展给予了大力支持,促使了近年来我国天然气的快速发展。国际环保组织发出了“减少大气污染,发展低碳经济,实现绿色可持续发展”的号召,我国十三五规划提出到2020年将天然气在一次能源中的比重提高到10%。天然气产业的快速发展给天然气销售公司带来了很多机遇和挑战,如何分析识别企业的战略资源,合理制定企业发展战略,使之更好地适应复杂多变的市场环境,成为企业发展亟待解决的问题。 战略是影响企业发展至关重要的一部分,战略的制定是基于对企业的综合、全面分析,识别企业战略资源和核心能力,并充分开发利用,通过战略的精确、有效执行,使公司在面对复杂的市场、发展环境,依然能取得全面的竞争优势。中石化H天然气销售公司是天然气销售的专业化公司,经过十余年的发展,积累了一定的天然气销售经验,但同时在目前的发展时期,企业在制定发展战略规划时也面临着一些问题,面对复杂的市场竞争,如何提高企业竞争力,树立品牌形象,提高市场占有率,实现企业的可持续发展,是目前H天然气销售公司面前的亟待解决的发展问题。本研究首先回顾了战略管理相关理论知识,然后运用PEST模型分析了我国天然气产业环境,利用波特的五力模型分析了H天然气销售公司的外部环境,继而对H天然气销售公司未来的战略资源开发方向及任务进行研究,最后对战略资源进行充分开发与使用,有针对性地对公司的战略实施提出一些切实可行、具体实施措施。 本研究对H天然气销售公司的业务类和基础类战略资源的开发方向及任务进行研究,识别出那些最具价值的战略性资源,并且作为企业管理的重点,并将企业有限的人力、财力投入到这些战略性资源中。本文通过研究,在企业加大资源量获取、提高调峰能力、完善管网建设、优化组织结构等方面给出了战略资源的开发和使用措施,为企业制定合理有效的发展战略奠定了基础,增强了企业的竞争优势,有利于企业在多变的天然气市场环境中健康发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Natural gas is clean, efficient and high-quality energy. In recent years, China's natural gas industry has developed rapidly with the strong support of the government policy. In order to respond to the call of international environmental protection organizations, reduce air pollution, develop low-carbon economy and achieve sustainable green economic growth, China's 13th Five-Year Plan proposed to improve proportion of gas in primary energy as the development goal to strive to achieve 10% in 2020. The rapid development of natural gas industry has brought many opportunities and challenges to the natural gas sales companies. How to analyze and identify the strategic resources of the enterprises and rationally formulate the development strategy of the enterprises so as to make them better adapt to the complex and changeable market environment has become an urgent problem for the development of enterprises. Strategy is a vital part of the development of enterprises. The formulation of strategy is based on the comprehensive analysis of enterprises, the identification, full development and utilization of strategic resources and core competencies of the enterprise. The company can still achieve comprehensive competition in the face of complex market and development environment through the accurate and effective implementation of the strategy. Sinopec H Natural Gas Sales Company is a specialized natural gas sales company and has accumulated a certain amount of natural gas sales experience after more than ten years of development, but at the same time, the enterprise is also facing some problems in the development of strategic planning in the current period of development. This study first reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management, uses PEST model to analyze the environment of China's natural gas industry and Porter's five-force model to analyze the external environment of North China Natural Gas Sales Company, then studies the future strategic resource development direction and task of North China Natural Gas Sales Company and finally fully exploit and use the strategic resources and put forward some practical and concrete measures for the implementation of the company's strategy. In this study, the development direction and tasks of business and basic strategic resources of H Natural Gas Sales Company are studied. At last, the measures are put forward in the aspects of increasing resource acquisition, improving peak shaving capacity, perfecting pipeline network construction and optimizing organizational structure, laying a foundation for enterprises to formulate reasonable and effective development strategy, which is conducive to the healthy development of enterprises in the changeable natural gas market environment. | |
