中文摘要：	生态旅游开发如何实现可持续的目标是一个值得深入研究的课题。2005年，国家“十一五规划”提出转变经济增长方式，将发展循环经济作为我国未来经济发展的重点。因此，如何将循环经济的发展理念应用到旅游业中，用循环经济所提倡的原则和相关理念指导我国生态旅游的开发，显的很有必要，事实上也是可行的。 本文首先回顾生态旅游的国内外研究现状，认真分析国内生态旅游的发展现状和存在的主要问题，在此基础上展望未来我国生态旅游发展的理想趋势。为了实现生态旅游发展的理想趋势，论文重点基于循环经济理念的相关原则和理论分别对我国生态旅游的资源开发、产品开发和消费市场培育进行系统研究，并提出循环经济理念在我国生态旅游开发中成功实施的内部动力机制和外部支持系统。 在结构上，本文分为五章：第一章导言，阐述论文选题背景和研究意义、研究思路与框架、研究方法与创新点。第二章为论文理论基础和相关研究综述，重点对论文两大核心概念——生态旅游和循环经济分别进行界定和理论阐述，并系统回顾、总结国内外对其相关研究现状。承接前两章，论文在第三章重点分析我国生态旅游发展中存在的主要问题，并对生态旅游的未来理想发展模式进行探讨。具体而言，我国生态旅游发展中存在三大主要问题：生态环境的恶化；与大众旅游的矛盾；社区参与不够。针对第三章的问题，论文的第四章将论述循环经济对我国生态旅游开发的启示和指导价值。包括：循环经济理念的资源观和系统观、3R原则、消费观等理念对生态旅游的资源开发、产品开发、市场培育等指导价值及意义；这些理论指导对我国生态旅游理想模式的实现提供可能和支持。论文第五章提出循环经济理念在生态旅游开发中实施的内部动力系统和外部支持系统，保证循环经济理念在我国生态旅游开发中得到实施。结论部分指出本文研究的不足与尚需进一步研究的领域。
英文摘要：	To achieve sustainable development goals for ecotourism is a worth studying issue. In 2005, the state “11th Five-Year Plan” proposed changes in the mode of economic growth, and development of circular economy as China’s future economic development focus. Therefore, it is necessary to apply circular economy philosophy and principles to ecotourism development, and in fact it is also feasible. This thesis analyzes China’s ecotourism development and the existing main problems, and forecasts the future development trend of ecotourism in China. Based on the former analysis, the thesis focuses on the application of circular economy principles and theories to our country’s ecotourism resources development, the ecotourism product development and ecotourists’cognition improvement. In the end, an inner dynamic mechanism and exterior support system is given which implements circular economy theories in our country’s ecotourism development. The whole text is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 is an introduction, analyzing the background and significance of theme selection, the methods of research and innovative points, and the thought and frame structure of research as well. Chapter 2 is an overview of related theories, mainly giving a definition of ecotourism and circular economy, which is the foundation to go further research. And the chapter also carried on a general comment on the domestic and overseas researches of related theories. Chapter 3 mainly analyzes China’s ecotourism development and the existence main problems, and then forecasts the future development trend of ecotourism in China. Chapter 4 focuses on the application of circular economy principles and theories to our country’s ecotourism resources development, the ecotourism product development and ecotourists’cognition improvement. Chapter 5 studies the inner dynamic mechanism and exterior support system to implement circular economy theories into our country’s ecotourism development. The last part indicates that, though this thesis has done some new research and innovations, there are also some short backs and it still needs further research.
