| 中文摘要: | 制造业是国家经济的原动力,是经济发展的支柱。随着经济全球化的演进,以及工业4.0时代的到来,各发达国家均着手实施“制造业回归”战略。同时,我国也将制造业信息化摆在了国策性战略问题的位置。显而易见,信息化在解决我国制造业旧发展动能和生产体系转换过程中扮演的重要角色。 本文主要研究我国制造企业在探求企业信息化发展之路的过程中,遇到的流程管理方面的问题,并提出核心流程再造对解决制造企业信息化发展障碍的重要意义。通过信息化与业务流程再造相关理论的回顾,本文着重分析了这两种管理理念之间不可分割、相互依存的关系,指明业务流程再造可以保障信息化顺利实施,且信息化对业务流程再造的管理变革有驱动作用。ARIS流程建模方法为企业核心业务流程的界定提供了依据,而在信息化的影响下,正是核心业务流程出现了瓶颈,影响了企业的发展,更阻碍了信息化的进一步实施。所以制造企业需要以核心流程为切入点,针对核心流程本身存在的一系列问题,利用信息技术进行重新设计。这是制造企业信息化发展的必然趋势,也是信息化发展的保证。 业务流程再造是对企业流程重新进行梳理,从企业全局的利益出发,追求企业整体效益最优,及核心竞争力的提升。在信息化前提下,如何进行业务流程再造是本文关注的另一个重点内容。在提出了适合我国制造企业发展的核心流程再造实施的路径基础上,本文详细阐述了核心业务流程的再造过程,并引入了一家小型制造企业在信息化进程中,实施业务流程再造的案例。至此,希望本文的研究能够给我国相关行业的一些管理者有所帮助和启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Manufacturing is the driving force of the national economy and the pillar of economic development. With the evolution of economic globalization and the arrival of the industry 4.0 era, all developed countries have begun to implement the "manufacturing return" strategy. At the same time, China has placed manufacturing informatization in the position of national strategic issues. Obviously, informatization plays an important role in solving the transformation of China's manufacturing industry's old development momentum and production system. This thesis mainly studies the business process management problems encountered by Chinese manufacturing enterprises during the process of exploring the development path of informatization, and puts forward the significance of core process reengineering to solve the obstacles of the development of informatization. Through the review of the theories related to informatization and business process reengineering, the thesis analyzes the inseparable and interdependent relationship between these two management concepts. Identifying business process reengineering ensures the smooth implementation of informatization, and informatization has a driving role in the management change of business process reengineering. The ARIS process modeling method provides the basis for the definition of the Core Business Process of the enterprise. Under the influence of informatization, it is the bottleneck of the core business processes that affects the development of the enterprise and hinders the further implementation of informatization. Therefore, manufacturing companies need to take the core processes as the entry point, and use information technology to redesign the core processes against a series of problems in themselves. This is an inevitable trend of the development of information technology in manufacturing enterprises, and also a guarantee for the development of information technology. Business process reengineering is to reorganize the business process, starting from the overall interests of the enterprise, pursuing the best overall efficiency of the enterprise and improving the core competitiveness. Under the premise of informatization, how to carry out business process reengineering is another important content of this thesis. Based on the path of core process reengineering that is suitable for the development of manufacturing enterprises in China, this thesis elaborates on the process of reengineering core business processes. It also introduced a case of a small manufacturing enterprise implementing business process reengineering in the process of informatization. At this point, I hope that the research in this thesis may help and inspire some managers in related industries in China. | |
