中文摘要：	网络技术的快速发展，给网络空间安全的研究领域提供了新的空间和机遇。网络空间安全不仅有技术的问题，同时也有管理和体制建设等问题。建设网络强国，要有自己的技术；建设网络强国，要有高素质的网络安全和信息化人才队伍；建设网络强国，要构建具有全球竞争力的人才制度体系。只有构建了具有全球竞争力的人才制度体系，才能源源不断地培养出具有全球竞争力的人才。未来网络空间安全的竞争，归根结底是高水平网络空间安全人才的竞争，因此，制定合理的人才培养体系，培养符合国家未来战略和适应社会需求的网络空间安全人才是当务之急。 本文的主要研究工作和成果如下： 调研和分析了国内外网络空间安全人才培养现状，梳理出了我国网络空间安全人才培养存在的不足和问题；这些问题主要表现在：理论和实践脱节，实战训练少，难以满足当前网络空间安全用人单位的需要；提出了一种“实战教学互动网络空间安全人才培养机制”，该机制的核心在于“以战促教，以战促学，教学互动”；以X公司的产品为案例，对它的培训系统、演练系统和竞赛系统三个独立系统进行认真剖析，并结合所提出的“实战教学互动网络空间安全人才培养机制”，对三个系统进行有效整合，形成了从培训到演练再到竞赛的梯度教学层次组合，并据此开展实践教学活动，取得了预期效果，验证了所提机制的有效性。
英文摘要：	The rapid development of network technology has provided new space and opportunity for the research field of Cyberspace Security. Cyberspace security involves not only technology but also management and system building. To build a strong network country, we must have our own technology; to build a strong network country, we must have a high-quality team of network security and information technology talents; to build a strong network country, we must build a talent system with global competitiveness. Only by building a talent system with global competitiveness can we continuously cultivate talents with global competitiveness. In the future, the competition of Cyberspace Security is in the final analysis the competition of high-level Cyberspace Security talents. Therefore, it is urgent to formulate a reasonable talent training system to train Cyberspace Security Talents in line with the national future strategy and social needs. The main research work and achievements in this paper are as follows: Investigate and analyze the current situation of cyberspace security personnel training at home and abroad, and clarify the shortcomings and problems of cyberspace security personnel training in China.Proposed a "practical teaching interactive network space security personnel training mechanism", the core of which is "promoting teaching by war", "promoting learning by war", "teaching and learning interaction";Taking X company's products as an example, this paper makes a careful analysis of its three independent systems: training system, drilling system and competition system. Combining with the proposed "training mechanism of interactive network space security talents in practical teaching", the three systems are effectively integrated, forming a gradient teaching from training to drilling to competition. The combination of levels and the practice teaching activities are carried out accordingly, and the expected results are achieved, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism.
