| 中文摘要： | 中小型企业在我国改革开放和市场经济的发展中功不可没，是一支不可忽视的主力军和生力军。它不仅能够满足人民群众日益增长的、多样化的消费需求，有利于创造的巨大的国民财富；而且还是活跃市场、扩大就业和保持社会稳定的重要支持；也是大型企业的助手和支持者。 近年来，由于用工难、用地难、激烈的市场竞争、金融危机、两型社会政策以及企业自身发展需要等原因要求中小企业必须改变原有粗放型的、个人英雄主义的管理方式，迫使中小企业通过各种技术创新、市场创新、管理创新走向高附加值的品牌营销和研究设计的发展道路，实现中小企业的可持续发展。 本文试图以此为例，来对小型企业转型升级的问题进行探讨。本文在明确了研究目的的基础上，首先，通过对相关文献及文件的阅读和深刻思考，对以往的研究进行了梳理，接着对相关概念和基本理论进行了阐述。然后，针对YX公司进行了详细调研和分析。从该公司的基本情况着手，分析公司转型升级的动因，并对该公司转型升级的方向和出路进行了详细论证和探讨，对YX公司的转型升级计划和实施方案进行了探讨。最后，得出YX公司转型升级的可行性研究结论，对未来的研究方向进行了探讨。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In the reform and opening-up of China and the development of market economy, Small and medium-sized enterprises (SEMS) are main force to be reckoned with in the power house. They can not only satisfy the people's growing and diversified consumer demand, they also can help create great national wealth. And they are important support of active market, expanding employment and maintaining social stability; and they are assistants and supporters of the large enterprises. The mode of extensive development and relying heavily on the boss’s personal power is the characteristics of Small and Medium-size Enterprises. In recent years, because of the shortage of resources, the market competition and the policy of resource-economical and environment-friendly society, the Small and Medium Enterprises must change the development mode. As an example in this paper, we discussed the problem of transformation and upgrading for small business. On the basis of the purpose of our study, first of all, based on reading and deep thinking of the related literature and document, we generalized the previous studies, and then explained the relevant concepts and basic theory. Next, according to the detailed research and analysis of the YX Company, we started from the basic situation of the company, and analyzed the motive of transformation and upgrading, then we discussed the direction and the way about the transformation and upgrading of the company, and the plans and implementation schemes were discussed in this paper. Finally, we discussed the feasibility study conclusion of transformation and upgrading of YX Company. The future research directions were discussed in this paper. | |
