中文摘要: 改革开放以后我国制造业进入了快速的发展时期,各种形式的企业形式层出不穷。中国一时间成为“世界工厂”,其中廉价劳动力是重要的优势。虽然,世界市场上众多的产品,如电器、汽车、手机等很大一部分是中国生产的,但是,国内制造业还是停留在代工制造业务领域,更多的是OEM工厂,还是处于产业链发展的低端,缺乏研发能力。 JZ公司是一家位于河北保定市的SMT工厂,主要为客户提供SMT焊接、代加工、精细SMT贴片加工等。受到制造业整体环境的影响,JZ公司面临着不小的竞争压力,国内SMT众多。进行JZ公司竞争战略的研究,能够帮助公司厘清发展思路,提升竞争能力,在市场竞争中获胜。 首先,通过内外部环境分析,明确了JZ公司发展面临的机会、威胁、优势和劣势。面临的机会有:政策规范制造业发展、经济形势带来利好;面临的威胁有:行业竞争者众多、客户有较强议价能力、新进入者较多;优势有先进的生产设备、完善的体系文件、较强的技术能力;劣势有公司人员离职率加高、公司财务管理能力需要提高。 其次,通过SWOT分析,厘清JZ公司的发展环境,制定了竞争战略。JZ公司可以选择成本领先和差异化整合战略,公司可以采取一些措施降低生产成本,除了降低成本以外,JZ公司还需要有一定的独特性,用独特性去提高客户的满意度。所以,JZ公司需要采取成本领先和差异化整合的竞争战略。 再者,为了保障公司竞争战略的顺利实施。JZ公司从组织架构、管理机制变革、人力资源和企业文化进行保障。 针对于JZ公司竞争战略制定及实施措施的研究还存在一定的缺陷和不足,有待于完善和改进。 
英文摘要: After the reform and opening up, China's manufacturing industry has entered a period of rapid development. China immediately became the "workshop of the world", where cheap Labor was an important advantage. Although, many of the products on world markets, such as electrical appliances, such as cars, mobile phones is a large part of China's production, however, domestic manufacturing or stay in the field of contract manufacturing business, more is the OEM factory, or at the lower end of the industrial chain development, lack of research and development capabilities. JZ Company is a SMT factory located in Baoding city, Hubei province, which mainly provides SMT welding, OEM processing and fine SMT lamination processing for customers. Affected by the overall manufacturing environment, JZ Company is faced with considerable competitive pressure, and there are many SMTS in China. The research on JZ's competitive strategy can help the company clarify its development ideas, enhance its competitiveness and win the market competition. First, through internal and external environment analysis, the opportunity, threat, advantages and disadvantages of JZ Company’s development are clarified. Opportunities are as follows: policies to regulate the development of manufacturing industry, and economic situation to bring good news; the threats are as follows: there are many competitors in the industry; customers have strong bargaining power and more new entrants. The advantages include advanced production equipment, perfect system documents and strong technical ability. The disadvantages include the higher turnover rate and the need to improve the financial management ability of the company. Secondly, through SWOT analysis, the competitive strategy of JZ Company is determined. JZ company can choose the cost leadership and differentiation strategy, the company can adopt some measures to reduce the production cost, in addition to lower costs, JZ company also need to have a certain uniqueness, to improve customer satisfaction with uniqueness. Therefore, JZ needs to adopt the competitive strategy of cost leading and differentiated integration. In addition, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's competition strategy. JZ Company guarantees organizational structure, management mechanism change, human resources and corporate culture. There are still some defects and deficiencies in the research on the formulation and implementation measures of the competition strategy of JZ Company, which need to be improved and improved.
