中文摘要：	本文主要研究了武汉地铁图书馆的服务方式与策略。在研究过程中，本文主 要运用了观察法、问卷调查法、访谈法、定量分析法等研究方法。在调研武汉地 铁图书馆服务方式时，笔者通过网络调研、实地调研、问卷调研等形式获取了关 于武汉地铁图书馆的相关资料。通过对所获得资料进行分析与研究，本文概括了 当前武汉地铁图书馆的主要服务方式，即，自助图书馆、地铁报刊、地铁读书节、 地铁阅读空间、城市·公共空间诗歌展等。同时，本文对武汉地铁图书馆的优势 与劣势进行了分析，得出武汉地铁图书馆的优势主要在于政府的大力支持、自助 图书馆布点密集、“武汉通”地铁卡同时又可作为借阅证等;而武汉地铁图书馆 的劣势则主要在于缺乏与公共图书馆的合作意识、缺乏相应的宣传工作以及自 助图书馆设备本身的不足等。分析武汉地铁图书馆的优势，对于其他城市的地铁 图书馆具有借鉴意义。针对武汉地铁图书馆的不足，本文??出了一系列优化措施， 如加强与公共图书馆的合作，加强地铁站内以及网络渠道的宣传，丰富地铁图书 馆的文献形式等。本文针对武汉地铁图书馆??出的优化措施一方面为武汉地铁 图书馆??出了更为优化的服务方案，同时也为其他采用同种服务方式的地铁图 书馆??供了参考方案，对于??升我国公共文化的服务水平也具有积极作用。
英文摘要：	This paper studies the service mode and optimization strategy of Wuhan Metro Library, and adopts the research methods such as observation, questionnaire, and quantitative analysis. At the same time, through the network research, field research, questionnaire survey and other forms, lots of first-hand and second-hand information about the Wuhan Metro Library was obtained. Through the analysis and research of the obtained data, this paper summarizes the main service methods of the current Wuhan Metro Library, namely, self-service library service mode, subway newspaper, subway reading festival, subway reading space, urban and public space poetry exhibition. Afterwards, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan Metro Library, and concludes that the advantages of Wuhan Metro Library are mainly the strong support of the government, the densely packed self-service libraries, and the “Wuhan Tong” subway card used as a library card. The subway staff can also serve as “librarians”. What’s more, it also makes full use of the space and flow of subway stations. However, the disadvantages of the Wuhan Metro Library are mainly due to the lack of cooperation with public libraries and lack of publicity work. In view of the shortcomings of the Wuhan Metro Library, this paper proposes a series of optimization measures, such as strengthening cooperation with public libraries, strengthening the promotion of the reading subway, and enriching the literature forms of the subway library. In this paper, the optimization measures proposed to better the Wuhan Metro Library also provide an optimized service plan for other metro libraries that use the same service mode. The research of this paper will also pose a positive effect on the enhancement of public culture services in China.
