| 中文摘要: | 汽车生产是一项复杂的过程,汽车生产过程中涉及零件众多、是劳动密集型产业。面对复杂的人员管理和生产工艺管理,信息系统可以大大提高管理数量众多的零部件和人员的效率,因此汽车生产对高质量的信息系统需求也最为迫切。信息系统是信息流的载体,信息流是汽车生产企业中重要的价值流,信息流的通畅与健全与否是企业是否能生产出高质量汽车的重要保证,因此信息化的建设就是信息系统的不断完善。 本文从H汽车公司的生产信息系统的现有状态出发,深入研究其优缺点,并结合当今先进的工业互联网技术提出了一套实用的现代汽车生产企业汽车生产的信息系统架构。此架构应用智能物联网前端感知,大数据存储及处理技术,并结合人工智能算法,形成一整套动态可扩展、可移植的信息系统。本文通过引入开发该信息系统所应用的语言规范和汽车生产的标准问题描述语言,详细介绍了该信息系统下的MES生产执行系统、VMI车辆生产信息系统、PTL灯光拣选系统、KPD关键工艺显示系统和IRS智能报告系统。这些系统涵盖了汽车生产主要的生产信息,可以从整体上描述信息流在汽车生产中的运行过程。使得物理上的公司生产过程在数字化的世界中得到了映射,这个映射最大的好处在于可以对运营过程进行建模,然后在该系统中执行,从而提升H汽车公司的生产效率,实现智能化生产。该架构符合信息化在企业中标准化、移动化及一体化的发展趋势,可以使H汽车有限公司显著降低其生产成本,提高单台车的利润,不断夯实其在汽车领域的领导地位。 通过在H汽车公司实施此生产信息系统,生产过程中的问题管理能力得到了极大的改善,产能也显著提高。但同时也发现了一些不足。本文最后总结了此生产信息系统在设计和执行过程中的经验和有待改进的问题,提出了下一代信息系统改进的方向,使H汽车公司的生产系统不断完善。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Automobile production is a complex process. Automobile production involves many parts and is labor intensive industries. Faced with complex personnel management and production process management, information system can greatly improve the efficiency of the management of a large number of components and personnel, so the demand for high quality information system is urgently. Information system is the carrier of information flow. Information flow is an important value stream in automobile production enterprises. Whether information flow is smooth and sound is an important guarantee for enterprises to produce high quality cars. Therefore, the construction of information system is the continuous improvement of information system. Starting from the existing state of production information system of H automobile company, this paper studies its advantages and disadvantages in depth, and combines with the advanced industrial Internet technology today to put forward a practical information system architecture for modern automobile production enterprises. This architecture applies intelligent IOT front-end perception, big data storage and processing technology, and combines AI algorithm to form a set of dynamically scalable and portable information systems. This paper introduces the MES production execution system, VMI vehicle production information system, PTL lighting selection system, KPD key process display system and IRS intelligent report system under the information system by introducing the language specification of the information system and the standard problem description language of vehicle production. These systems cover the main production information of automobile production, and can describe the operation process of information flow in automobile production as a whole. The physical production process of the company has been mapped in the digitalized world. The biggest advantage of this mapping is that it can model the operation process and execute it in the system, so as to enhance the production efficiency of H automobile company and realize the intelligent production. This framework accords with the development trend of standardization, mobility and integration in information technology. It can make H automobile company significantly reduce its production cost, improve the profit of single car, and constantly consolidate its leading position in the automotive field. Through the implementation of the production information system in H motor company, the problem management ability in the production process has been greatly improved, and the capacity has also been significantly improved. But at the same time, some shortcomings. Finally, this paper summarizes the experience and problems to be improved in the design and implementation of the production information system, and puts forward the direction of the next generation information system improvement, so as to improve the production system of H automobile company. | |
