| 中文摘要: | TC公司是山东省的一家以铁路运输为主的中小型原油物流公司。自2003年建厂开始从事石油及制品的运输。随着山东经济和地炼企业的发展TC公司得到了长足发展。十六年来,TC公司累计完成石油运量1800多万吨,为地方经发展济做出巨大贡献。当前世界经济呈现持续不断增长,石油行业飞速发展,这就为TC公司的发展提供了巨大机遇,于此同时TC公司面临管道运输替代铁路运输的挑战。TC公司分析自身资源与能力,分析公司面临的内外部环境,制定相对应的竞争战略。这对于企业的发展有重要意义。 本文运用战略管理的相关模型与方法,对TC公司竞争战略问题进行系统的研究。首先分析TC公司发展状况和面临的问题,之后阐述了竞争战略研究理论。然后,一方面对TC公司所处外部环境进行分析,指出TC公司面临原油进口量快速增长的良好发展机遇。与此同时又面临着华星管道、弘润管道等地方管道运输建设的巨大冲击。另一方面对TC公司的组织架构、生产管理、营销状况、人力资源状况、财务状况等内部条件进行分析通过内外部环境的分析指出TC公司既具备生产运营、公司财务等方面的优势,也存在组织架构、营销状况、人力资源等方面的不足。之后通过进行SWOT分析,明确了差异化战略是TC公司现实的战略选择。最后,对TC公司的战略实施措施进行了思考和探讨。 本文以TC公司为例,阐述公司面对变化的环境时,在战略制定和战略实施中做出的应对。这对于面临着新环境不断冲击的传统物流行业,在战略管理角度有一定借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Based in Shandong Province, TC is a small and medium-sized crude oil logistics company . Since its establishment in 2003, it has been engaged in the transportation of petroleum and products. TC has grown with the development of Shandong's economy and refining enterprises. In the past 16 years, TC has completed more than 18 million tons of oil transportation. The current world economy continues to grow and the oil industry is developing rapidly. This provides a huge opportunity for the development of TC. At the same time, TC faces the challenge of replacing the railway transportation with pipeline transportation. TC analyzes its own resources and capabilities, analyzes the internal and external environment faced by the company, and develops a corresponding competitive strategy. This is of great significance to the development of the company. ?This paper uses the relevant models and methods of strategic management to systematically study the competition strategy of TC companies. Firstly, it analyzes the development status and problems of TC companies, and then elaborates on the theory of competitive strategy research. Then, on the one hand, the external environment of TC company is analyzed, pointing out that TC company faces a good development opportunity for the rapid growth of crude oil imports. At the same time, it faces a huge impact on the construction of local pipeline transportation such as Huaxing and Hongrun .On the other hand, the internal conditions of TC's organizational structure, production management, marketing status, human resources status, and financial status are analyzed. The internal and external environment analysis indicates that TC has both advantages in production and operation, corporate finance, etc. Insufficient organizational structure, marketing status, human resources, etc. Through SWOT analysis, it is clear that the differentiation strategy is a realistic strategic choice for TC companies. Finally, the TC company's strategic implementation measures were considered and discussed. This article takes TC company as an example to illustrate the response of the company in strategy formulation and strategy implementation in the face of changing environment. This is a reference for the traditional logistics industry that faces the constant impact of the new environment. | |
