| 中文摘要: | 建筑工程行业作为国家发展的重要支撑,对社会的有序发展、经济水平的提升起着举足轻重的作用。建筑工程行业属于劳动密集型、管理密集型行业,在这个行业中大部分工程项目施工管理纷繁复杂,在这种条件限制下项目经理这一岗位就突显出其重要性,因为项目经理是项目部的管理核心和带头人,项目经理的工作是否高效会直接影响到项目的正常进展、质量和成本控制的效果。所以如何提高项目经理在项目管理过程中的积极性这个问题变得尤为重要,提高项目经理积极性的有效途径就是发挥好绩效考核体系的激励作用。 本文从中交隧道局现行工程项目经理绩效考核办法中存在的缺陷和不足入手,通过具体的项目案例分析,结合公司绩效考核后反馈的争议问题,并通过深入项目现场,与公司部门负责人、项目经理、业主监理单位进行访谈的论证方法、结合问卷调查的方式来吸收科学合理的意见,最后总结整理出现行方案存在的问题和缺陷,并且在此基础上进行了考核目标、考核路线及考核指标等进行了进一步优化,运用目标管理法、关键绩效指标法、关键事件法等绩效考核方法对中交隧道局工程项目经理考核方案进行了改进,使得针对项目经理的绩效考核更加具有激励性,除此之外,为了使考核方案顺利进展,本文也从绩效考核结果运用和反馈、绩效制度、企业环境、企业文化等方面进行了优化方案的实施和保障。 本文研究完善了公司项目经理绩效考核体系,有利于提高项目经理个人及项目团队管理人员的绩效,有助于公司实现战略目标,希望在解决本企业工程项目经理绩效考核方案的问题的同时能够为同行业企业提供一定的借鉴,更好的推动工程建筑行业的持续健康发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As an important support for national development, the construction industry plays an important role in the development of society and the improvement of economic level. Constructional engineering industry is a labor-intensive and management-intensive industry, in this industry most project construction management is numerous and complicated, in this conditions more and more companies consider project management as a key composition of company management, because project manager in the project implementation process has an important position, is the core of the project management and leader, the level of project management and work performance will affect the normal progress of the project and the effect of quality and cost controlling directly. How to promote the positivity of project manager in project management course becomes very important, the effective way to promote project manager’s positivity is that let performance appraisal play an important role in incentive mechanism. Base on the actuality of the defects and deficiencies of manager performance appraisal methods that exist in the CCCC Tunnel Engineering Company. Through specific project case analysis, combined with the project Implementation in the course of the project and after the end of the performance appraisal of the Controversial issues, and take on the company responsible for the people ,project managers, owners of units, field supervisors and related supplier for the proof method of the interviews ,and adopt those scientific and rational opinions by questionnaires and statistics.,for the actuality of the defects and deficiencies summarize to arrange and explain explanation further. On this foundation, the problems of testing targets, assessment route and evaluation index to further optimize and transform ideas and solutions put forward, which with management by objectives, key performance Indicators and critical incident method. This made it emphasizes how the performance assessment indexes to encourage the project manager. In addition, to ensure the carry out of performance assessment indexes, Finally, it carry out the strategy and guarantee the measure from performance appraisal result application system, performance feedback, accountability system ,environments and culture Research in this article perfects the system of project manager performance assessment indexes of Company,which facilitates the improvement of project manager performance and the whole project team performance in the company, the achievement of the company’s strategic goal .this study hopes to solve the project manager performance problem of this enterprise while providing some reference for other similar project enterprises, thus to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of project enterprises. | |
